Ultimate Conditioning


I have a couple up now, check back as I put up more. These are compiled from a couple different sources, I can take credit for none of them.

Many different kung fu conditioning exercises to be mastered. Please note that these take EXTREME devotion and time to master. Maybe border on the line between reality and bad kung fu movie powers. So here is an quick overview of what's to come to get you interested:

red sand palm - a special distance killing technique (make a striking motion at an opponent and kill them!)

one finger kung - an advanced distance killing technique that even works through closed doors!

dragon claw kung - a way to develop talon-like gripping hands

water dividing kung - masters of this kung can part an unruly mob like an earthquake splits the ground

hing kung - making yourself as light as a cloud and leave no footprints when you walk in sand.

speed running kung - become like a jungle cat, great sight and speed.

leaping kung - make outstanding 15 foot long running leaps

wall climbing kung - place your back against a smooth wall and climb up with your elbows and heels like a gecko!

tsien yin kung - retract your testicles into your body for protection (bleh! no thank you!)

bag kung - grab an opponent's fist with your stomach when he punches, which will feel like handcuffs to him, then blast it out again to make him reel around or fall.

iron forearm kung - make your forearms like lead pipes able to smash rocks

fist kung - make your fist an extremely powerful piledriver easily capable of killing a man a destroying anything!

sandbag kung - be able to ward off ten vicious street fighters

iron broom kung - develop the most awesome leg sweeps capable of cracking a tree

jade belt kung - with a bear hug, crush an opponent's ribs as easy as breaking match sticks between your fingers!

head kung - develop a head capable of chipping off pieces from a stone wall!

paper tent kung - develop outstanding punching strength. Knock back a man ten yards or more with a punch!

Iron Palm - slap through concrete!

Iron bone hand - condition hands for lethal stabbing and poking

Iron sand palm - a.k.a. "vibrating palm", essential another iron palm type exercise. This involves some of the training you see in kung fu movies. (some of it is actually legit I suppose!)

Iron body Chi Kung - develop a body that is capable of full body blows with no harm!

The boxer's secret: If you are a thin skinned or bleeder type (on your face), make a solution of vinegar and rock salt and apply the solution to your face, concentrating on your checkbones and area around your eyes. In time, your face will take on a leathery apperance as well as becoming impervious to cuts. Disscontinuation of the solution will return your face to normal.

Develop muay thai shins that won't scream in pain every time they're smacked against something.

Conditioning tougher hands, all parts like the knuckles, fingertips, knife hand.

Making your hands even deadlier: How do you do this? Just look at a little idea from silat. . . using your fingernails. Some silat practioners grow their fingernails longer to claw, tear, and jab at their opponent. Artificial iron nails that were dipped in poison were once worn and used to tear and stab like knives. Although some may not want to grow long nails on there index, middle, ring, or little finger because it intefers with making a tight fist, one can still grow out their thumbnail. This nail can stab an opponent's temple, eye, throat, underside of jaw, or any other soft part available.
