OK - I said in the last chapter's notes that process synchronization
was one of my favorite subjects. Those of you that know me well will know,
however, that IPC is the real love of my life. That's the topic of this
chapter - IPC.
True to its design philosophy, IPC in XINU is horribly simple. It's
nice in that we can look at some trivial code, but it kind of leaves one
wanting more. We will clearly have to do something about this.
