Hello! And welcome to the StarLight Award, and award that praises good Sailormoon pages, in all languages, all over the web!
This award was simply created to show the good Sailormoon pages that exist around here. It is meant to provide links to them, so that you visit awesome pages instead of getting bored looking at the same data all over again. It will be attributed every week/month to a different site, and a list will be made of every sites that are awarded, so that you can browse over new sites every week (lately it's been every month gomen nasai minna!)! Every site awarded will have a badge to show it is good!
You want to try and win one? Mail me, Kyori, I'll check up your Sailormoon site and see if it is worth it! Note: If I don't answer back, lose yer hopes kid. Yer out. I only answer back to the pages that are good and are likely to win one of the awards. Any page that has the word "scout" stamped is automatically out, to give an example. Unless of course, it is centered on the American Sailormoon. But because I am not american, I don't go along the DIC dub, and so I don't award those anyway.

Seiya - Allright! I haven't seen such a nice page in a long time. A very nice layout, not so very big images, a nice background, correct info and lots of things to choose. She even has the patience to explain the original for watchers of the NA dub. You go girl!
Taiki - Wow! Very nice page. Full of info and to add to te boring info-only pages, shrines, some extras, and a nice test. Check it out, if you haven't already. This one is to be voted one of the best SM pages around.
Yaten - Weeeeeeeeeee! This page is so cool! And it has the only shrine to Peruru around!!!! I love you Isabel! *Yaten shrugs* Well he does have a very uncommon and nice page to visit and you can have fun. Of course the Peruru shrine doesn't have anything to do with my other voice. IT'S TRUE!!!!
