Seattle Internal Martial Arts
(Xing Yi Quan, Xin Yi Quan, Xin Yi Dao, Kung Fu)
Seattle Internal Martial Arts teaches traditional Chinese Kung Fu or Martial Arts in Seattle, Washington.
Seattle Internal Martial Arts (SIMA) is committed to quality practice, instruction, and promotion,
of Neijia Quan (Chinese internal martial arts), such as Xing Yi Quan (Hsing-I Chuan).
Neijia Quan (Internal martial arts) are a form of Chinese martial art or kung fu (gong fu).
The focus of SIMA will be on the physical conditioning
skills of internal martial arts, through solo practice,
cooperative partner drills, push hands, and martial arts applications.
Currently we are dedicated to practicing Shanxi Che Style Xing Yi Quan, Dai Style Xin Yi Quan, and Xin Yi Dao.
Admittance to the Beginners Workshop, is open to everyone.
Beginners Workshops are a Saturday 2 hour class, usually held once every quarter.
Prospective members must register in advance.
A Valid Photo Identification is required.
Current workshop fees are $40, which includes a 1 month trial membership.
Workshop attendees must sign a Liability Waiver, and fill out a student info form.
The Regular Class is a private group class.
Admittance to the Regular Class is by invitation only,
upon successful completion of a Beginners Workshop and 1 month trial membership.
Membership is based on sincerity and committment to studying our system of Xing Yi Quan.
A Valid Photo Identification is required.
2 Character References are required.
Active teachers and students of other martial arts families and styles
will need to solely and seriously commit to studying our system of Xing Yi Quan before acceptance.
Current monthly fees are $40 per month.
Current equipment fees are $40 per year.
Previous martial arts experience is not required.
Beginners with a serious practice attitude are welcome.
A sincere committment and dedication to learn and practice our system of Xing Yi Quan is all that is required.
