Comments: The greatest warrior in the Bully Alumni. He was chained up for refusing to become one of Ms. Scorpion's soldiers after he defeated all of her best Thug Hunters. Later, he is freed by Honey and he helps her take out the Thug Hunters by finding his way to the main control center and setting off a time bomb. He orders everyone to evacuate. The prison is then destroyed, and he and Honey drag each other out just in time.
Hayami, Akakabu

Comments: The father of Chokei. He has a main interest in robbing banks with his wife, Daiko. He also an ability to absorb endless pain. This is shown in episone seven when he has to fight the three srongest Thug Hunters. He takes many beatings but still just keeps standing. He even gets the opportunity to do a little thrashing of his own to one of the Thug Hunters. This ability is also the initial reason for Dokai's attraction to him.
Hayami, Chokei

Comments: Although he has a couple of bank robbers for parents, he still has a main interest in keeping peace throughout the city. His idol is Mayor Light, and he hopes to someday take his place. Chokei always seems to follow Honey wherever she goes until episode five in which he find himself a new girlfriend, Natsuko.
Hayami, Daiko

Comments: She is Chokei's mom who also has a hobby of robbing banks with her husband, Akakabu. She has an interesting ability in which she gains super strength when she gets very mad. This is shown in episode four when Peeping Spider has everyone in his supposed unbreakable web. Danbei tells her that Peeping Spider was the one who kidnapped Chokei. Believing this, Daiko amazingly breaks the web, freeing everyone.

Comments: He is Chokei's cybernetic grandpa with seemingly endless attacks. He is quite a pervert as he likes to peep on Honey as seen in episode three. He also likes to handle other women which gives himself a bad reputation. He even has a special attack called Magic Undies.

    Comments:     The main character of Cutey Honey, hence the name. She is a battle android with the ability to change into many different female bodies, each one having its own special ability. Some are only used for disguises as well. Originally, she is Mayor Light's secretary with a seal on her program. Under an attack on Mayor Light, Danbei and Chokei instruct her to pray for the power to fight. This is when a collar appears around her neck and she is given the ability to transform, yelling "Honey Flash" between each change.

    Comments:     He invented the Isrum (Instant Space Removal Machine) which was stolen by Gold Digger only to be used in her crimes of stealing gold. He is just as perverted as Danbei as he also tries grabbing at women. He also comes up with the solution to defeating Gold Digger after she spreads gold powder to reflect herself, making multiple images of her appear. It is later revealed that he is a cyborg.
    Light, Mayor

    Comments:     The mayor of Cosplay City. He is Chokei's idol as he tries to keep the peace in this city which has fallen to crime. He is almost killed in the first episode but is saved by Honey, his secretary, who regains her memory of her true self just in time to defeat Death Star the assassin.
    Natsuko
    Epidode(s) Seen: 5-8
    Comments:     Chokei's new girlfriend who was a former criminal. In her first appearance in episode five, she poses as a bomb squad member, only to steal the bomb, hand it to her partner, Gene, who runs off with it. After Gene is possessed by Panther Zora and later destroyed by Honey, Natsuko leaves her criminal days behind and joins with the Hayami family and Honey.
