The Villains

Dolmeck
Appearance: Episodes 1-4
Comments: He is reffered to as the Grand Master of crime. He's is basically the devil's consort and his main purpose is to resurrect Panther Zora by gathering souls lost by the capsules he's been distributing. His position of Guardian of Evil is short lived as he dies in episode four after he is killed in the explosion of the fortress.
Peeping Spider
Appearance: Episodes 1-4 and 8
Comments: He is basically a spy for Dolmeck and usually avoids fights when he can. As his name suggests, he is a pervert as well. The only time he's attacked was in episode four when he caught Honey and everyone else in his webs. Supposedly no human had ever broken free from them but thanks to Daiko's super strength when she gets angry, she managed to free everyone. Peeping Spider teams up with Honey in episode eight and it definitely shows how much of a wimp he is when it comes to fighting.
Death Star
Appearance: Episode 1
Comments: Her main purpose in episode one was to kill Mayor Light. Before she could succeed, Danbei and Chokei appear and restore Honey's memory of her true self. She basically has no special ability other than being skilled with a machine gun. After she ends up being on the losing end of the battle with Honey, she uses a capsule to transform into a demon. This new form gives her the ability to fly and also gives her tentacle-like structures on her abdomen which can stretch out and trap victims. Her strength is also multiplied by a substantial amount. Her soul was not only wasted, but her life ends as well after she is slain by Honey.

In this particular episode she attempts to add Honey to her collection but Honey wakes up just in time and defeats her while changed into an S&M queen. Later, Honey comes very close to being covered in liquid plastic after she is captured by the Virtual Hacker. Of course, Honey breaks free and engages in combat with the Jewel Princess. After losing the Virtual Hacker as an ally, she uses a capsule to transform into a demon. This new form makes her many times quicker but not much else. She ends up having the tables turned on her when Honey pours liquid plastic on her and ends up slaying her.
Virtual Hacker
Appearance: Episode 2
Comments: A cybernetic villain who aids the Jewel Princess. He has the power to distort reality and proves to be a difficult opponent for Honey to overcome. He captures Honey, Chokei, and Danbei in order for the Jewel Princess to cover Honey in liquid plastic. Honey beats him at his own game when he tries making himself appear in many places in a battle with her. She thrusts her silver floret and impales him. His life is truly ended when he activates self destruct mode, destroying the Jewel Princess's domain.
Saline
Appearance: Episode 3
Comments: She poses as a rock singer but her real job lies in being a distributor of the capsules. Honey tracks her down by keeping track of the capsules left behind and then asking one of the downed enemies. They whispered her name. Honey catches her dead in her tracks while diguising herself as a rock star as well. Saline attacks Honey by using explosive microphones. After realizing she can't win, Saline uses a capsule on herself, transforming herself into a demon with the ability to turn her voice into a destructive power. Honey out maneuvers her and ends up killing her, putting an end to her capsule distributing days.
Black Maiden
Appearance: Episodes 1-4
Comments: She appears in the first four episodes riding inside a mech, conveyed inside a capsule on the top as she is unable to walk. Inside this, she is almost invincible and she is also able to use telepathic powers to force anyone who attacks her backwards. Honey has a difficult time battling her but later on uses her secret move: Adapting Magic to destroy the capsule and leaving her helpless. It is then revealed that she is Panther Zora and is the mother of evil waiting to be revived by the souls taken by the use of the capsules. She ends up being resurrected at the end of episode four. This is the last time she is seen in this form.
Panther Zora
Appearance: Episodes 5-8
Comments: She is formerly known as the Black Maiden. She is the mother of all evil and her true form isn't shown so far. She possesses the most worthwile criminal/villain she can find. Once under her influence, the villain is more powerful and when chance of their victory over Honey is slim, she mutates them into an advanced form. Once the possessed villain is killed, she is able to take over another body. She can never be destroyed upon the slaying of a villain. She just keeps moving on.
Gene
Appearance: Episode 5
Comments: She is the first victim of Panther Zora. She steals a bomb which is set to explode in half an hour upon her claiming of it. When she out maneuvers all the patrol cars chasing her, Panther Zora recognizes her as a worthy host. She then possesses her. Gene's new strength becomes apparent when a group of thugs attempt to steal the bomb from her. She thrashes them with no problem at all. When she begins to battle honey, she is then transformed into a venomous monster. Her venom can melt just about anything. Honey recognizes that this transformation is of Panther Zora's doing when she notices that she didn't need a capsule. Honey finally defeats her by transporting the bomb into the lower stratosphere via the Thunder Cross. The explosion only affects Gene, obliterating her but leaving everyone else unharmed.
Yasha
Appearance: Episode 6
Comments: She is the theater director of Samurai Park. She casts a shadow over Cosplay City which brings them to this dimension. She is able to control the mannequins here and make them fight however she wants them to. After everyone else is busy fighting the mannequins, Honey finds her way to her. Yasha is granted more power from Panther Zora and is then transformed into a gigantic serpent-like monster. Honey's silver floret can't even scratch her. After Honey realizes the silver floret is useless against her, she transforms her right arm into that of the white armor knight. Her punches can then force Yasha back. She pummels Yasha to the degree that she is forced downward and then lands while being impaled by an upright post. This kills her almost instantly and then reverts her to her normal form, though she is still dead.
Ms. Scorpion
Appearance: Episode 7
Comments: She is the leader of the Thug Hunters who capture criminals to fight in her ring. Her true intentions of this are later revealed that she gets off on seeing her soldiers kill people. She has two wrist blades that are used for combat. When she is possossed by Panther Zora her hair grows longer and has the ability to stretch and grasp people or other objects. Honey finishes her off when she impales her and leaves her for dead after Akira sets off a time bomb and orders an evacuation. Ms. Scorpion is then obviously killed in the explosion.
Gold Digger
Appearance: Episode 8
Comments: She charmed Professor Kabuto to be entrusted with his Isrum (Instant Space Removal Machine). She then uses this device to steal gold from banks and safely disappear without a trace. She has a special technique she calls Gold Flash in which her breast plates open and blind everyone. She then uses this opportunity to open fire upon the victims with her dual machine guns which contain gold bullets. She prevents Honey's first attempt to defeat her by using the Isrum on her and Peeping Spider. Honey later lures her by disguising herself as a Budha statue and trapping her. This is when Panther Zora transforms her body into a blue and gold creature. She has the abilty to fire gold shrapnel. She spreads gold powder to reflect herself, making herself appear in multiple places. After receiving instructions to filter the wave lengths of gold by visualizing them to 5,600 angstroms, Honey eventually strikes the real Gold Digger, reverting her to her normal self, slowly disintegrating her body.
