Guess whos had a birthday?

I shouldn't tell you how old she is now... you'll have a pretty good idea of that yourelf i expect. We had a great party at a new Chinese resturant with family and 8 or so friends. Yoko was hinting about not wanting a party, as Japanese don;t get into that sort of thing, but we all know she wanted to be remembered.

In way of a gift I took Yoko for a couple of night to Toupo. her birthday fell on Easter Sunday so we went during the week after. I was on holiday from university so that worked out well. The children didn't seem to mind the couple of days at their grandparents. Thanks mom!

New Beginnings

My life in industry has come to an end. I finished at Fruehauf Trailers on March 28th of February. The company when into receivership I was encouraged to jump-ship. Take a look here for the official line.

I have gone back to school. Yoko is very supportive. The kids think its funny that I have gone back to school too. I have entered a degree course in Information and Communication Technology. This is at UCOL in Palmerston North a 30 minute bus ride away. I've only been there three days and it is so exciting!

2007 Begins

I've been back at work since the 3rd. Yoko is keeping the children busy during the day with some Japanese study.

The kids don't leave town lest I drive so we went rock climbing. There is an indoor "wall" in Palmerston North so we gave Phil and Yoko a call and they came too. I didn't get a picture of Nathaniel but he did very well also.
