Setsuna is a mysterious older girl. Setsuna is much older than the rest of the Senshi (18 when she first appears in SailormoonR), not much is known about her since she is shrouded in mystery. As a Sailor Senshi, Sailorpluto rarely intereferes with the battles the rest of the Senshi get in as to not disrupt the future, if Sailorpluto does appear that means something bad is going to happen. Sailorpluto has seen the future she is the gaurdian to the gateway between now and the future, and she is the one who sent Chibiusa (whom she calls 'Small Lady') back in time to find the ginzuishou. Sailorpluto is also the one Chibiusa was speaking to when she was looking into the Luna-P Ball. As well, Sailorpluto is also the one who took Hotaru from her father. Sailorpluto is the keeper of the gateway of time, though her attacks do not involve time, they are extremely devestating.
