If you've been wondering what Anime and Manga is, you've come to the right place! Basically, Anime is Japanese animation, and Manga is Japanese comics. Most people in America (I'm not sure about elsewhere) have seen Anime in some form, like Speed Racer, The Mysterious Cities of Gold, Starblazers, etc. The major difference between Japanese animation and American animation is that it's geared toward more than one age group. This results in deeper plots and storylines. You could say that Japanese animation is the equivalent of a live action film. Most video stores have an Anime section. If not, there are many mail order companies and on-line sites from which you can get some. These will be listed below. In addition, I'll provide the "straight-off-the-box" synopsis of all the anime I've seen as well as a review and rating.
