Vampire Princess Miyu is a tale of gothic horror Japanese style. Vampires aren't always the evil ones, as Miyu soon proves herself the one fighting the on the side of light as he struggles to send the stray Shinma back to the dark from whence they came. Along with her silent companion Larva, she will not rest until all the Shinma are banished from this realm.
Miyu- Miyu is a vampire whom time has been stopped for. Until she sends all the Shinma back to the dark, she will not age. Her only companion in this endless time is Larva.
Larva- Miyu's silent companion, who protects her with his own life. Once a Shinma from the west he became bonded to Miyu, when she drank from him. He was then later cursed to wear a mask which now keeps him silent, for his being considered traitor.
