Lower Back Pain

(7-96) Have lower back pain? Try this simple remedy. Stand with your two feet slightly separated. Put your weight on one foot, lift the other and make circular motions clockwise 10 times, then counter clockwise 10 times. Put you weight on the other foot, and do the same circular motions with the slightly lifted foot. Repeat the exercise as many times as you like. The longer you do it, the more effective it will be. 1
