NH News Pop Up

Hi. How do you like ActiveX control presentation? It isn't as fixed as you expected? Well, some presentation may be deformed, though I don't know why. But this is said to be one of the new technologies to change the Internet aspect tomorrow.

Some implementations in my home page are supported by ActiveX. Almost all of them aren't very difficult to set up except this PopUp. The URL of PopUp can't be addressed indirectly. It isn't very convenient for one who creates pages off line like me. Why don't they take care and fix this situation?
