Hotaru is a girl who has to be analized in two distinct moments, according to the serie where we look at. In S serie, we find Hotaru as an introvers, lonely girl, always ill because of the presence of both an alien entity and the spirit of Sailor Saturn in her body. Wher the spirit of Sailor Saturn revives, the alien entity is destroyed, but Sailor Saturn, known as "The death and rebirth senshi", sacrifices herself to win the enemy, and rebirths. In Stars serie, we find again the little Hotaru, but the Sailor power which is in her, makes her growing very fast, until she arrives at the age of 6. But her interior age is different, and she has the duty to bring the evolution of the power of Sailor Moon to the latest stage, the stage of Eternal. Introvers, lonely, Hotaru finds in Chibiusa the first, real friend of her life, and this friendness will be so hard that it will overcome the limits of the time-space.
