E-Change
E-Change is a simple tool to obtain an I Ching reading. The program simulates the original processes to obtain a reading. The user can choose either to follow the method of yarrow division or coin casting in producing a hexagram. Comments on the hexagrams can be accessed simply by clicking on the area where they are displayed.

EmailCmd
This is a simple command line (Win95/WinNT) option to send brief e-mail messages via SMTP server. Nothing great about the utilty, but useful when integrated with batch files or scheduler utilities. The program does not run in DOS.
