Chad used to be a street beggar, looking for a job where ever he went. He passed by the Temple on Cherry Hill one day, and saw Raye. He was instantly in love, and got a job at the Temple. He is a disciple of Raye's grandfather, and he is being trained to be a martial artist. Raye always plays hard to get with him, but he seems not to be persistent, and thinks she doesn't like him. But secretly, she does.
