"There was a shoot out in Tokyo II. Three men were reported dead, all kumiin of Sakahogigumi. The police believe that it has to do with the murder of Sakahogigumi's kumicho and are continuing their investigation---"

Ryuji turns the TV off. "---..." He's sitting in a massive living room on a massive couch.

Kamo-san, bringing tea: "A territorial dispute...?"

Ryuji: "...Probably......"

Kamo-san: "Sounds like Tokyo II has gotten pretty dangerous too."

Ryuji: "...Sakahogigumi is supposed to be a pretty big organization in Tokyo II right......"

Kamo-san: "Yes."

Ryuji: "...There may soon be a change in the power of the group......"

Kamo-san, seriously: "...... Yes. I don't think it will become a dispute as big as Kuryugumi's but I don't think it will hurt to keep an eye out for things......"

Ryuji: "...True......" He gets up [without touching the tea], and starts heading off somewhere.

Kamo-san: "If you're looking for Tsukasa-san, she's not in her room."

Ryuji stops in mid-step: "......" He thinks for awhile and goes on.

Kamo-san: "She's not in the green house or the private hospital either."

Ryuji stops again and turns to look at Kamo-san: "...Where else would she go?" {In this house.}

Kamo-san: "...I don't know... It seemed that after passing the exams, she couldn't shake off her delight over the festival but... I wonder why but it seems that ever since the beginning of the month she's unable to sit still and is always doing something. It doesn't look like she ever stays still."

Ryuji, sighing: "She's probably still enjoying herself because we're off from school......"

Kamo-san starts at this: "...I wonder if that's so---..."

Ryuji starts.

Kamo-san, looking thoughtful: {It seems that Tsukasa-san who used to play fight with Sandaime all of the time has changed in her attitude towards him---... Could it be my imagination...... It must be. If it's because of that then there's no way that Sandaime who has the most contact with Tsukasa-san would not notice it...}

Bun-san enters the room, bowing: "Excuse me Sandaime. The suit you ordered for the engagement party is here. Will you try it on?"

Ryuji: "...No. I'm going out now, but I'll take a look at it."

Kamo-san follows behind Ryuji: "......" {---That's right... There's no way that that Tsukasa-san would be like that...... Especially after that outburst at Asago-san.} He recalls Tsukasa's earlier words.

Somewhere in the Kuryugumi main house.

Tsukasa is pouting.

Kumiin: "C'mon Tsukasa--- Don't be so slow and hurry up and transport the thing!! There's only 5 more days until Sandaime and Asago ojyousan's engagement party!"

Tsukasa: {---...Why...... Why the heck do I have to help prepare for Ryuji and Asago's engagement party!? Because of that I'm sick of seeing and hearing about it and I was looking for a quiet place in the house......} She stops all of the sudden. {I'm still thinking like this!! And when I decided I would congratulate them!!! ---W---...Why--- Why am I suddenly like this------!!!} She starts rolling around on the floor, holding her head and screaming. {How cruel of me to not be able to wish for someone's happiness---!}

Asago: "Hey! Why are playing when everyone's working their hardest for Ryuji and me?" She glares down at Tsukasa, who's rolling herself up like a shrimp bent backwards. "Aren't you Ryuji's bodyguards as well? Hurry up and get to work. If you don't show some sort of devotion then you won't be allowed to attend the party!! It's not like it's a party you would be allowed to attend anyway!"

Tsukasa: "---..." She gets up. "...It's not like I'd want to attend."

Asago: "Aa~~ That's right. Even if you wanted to, you couldn't. Because you're so poor that you only have that sort of casual wear~~~"

Tsukasa is getting pissed.

Asago: "Even if there was a party dress you wouldn't be able to wear it, because in this world you are a b-o-y." Tsukasa gets increasingly angry. "But if you came out cross dressing with tons of make up, it wouldn't be strange would it. ---Or should I rent a cheap tuxedo for you?"

Tsukasa's eyes flash.

Three kumiin find Asago in the halls.

"AA! Asago ojyousan!! What happened!!"

"Asago ojyousan!!"

"A surprise attack!? Asago ojyousan was attacked by someone---!"

Asago is slumped against a wall, with a huge bump on her forehead.

Tsukasa is seen speeding away with her load, with an equally big bump on her forehead. {---I think I know why I've been nasty lately. It's because Asago's so nasty!! Ryuji is a special friend to me, one who lived a life near death along side me! I can't understand why Ryuji's going to take some selfishly sly Asago for a bride!! A kid like Asago is 10 years too early to suit Ryuji---!} She stops to think. "......" {---...But for me to be so mad about it must make me a kid too...} She drops off her load.

Voice: "---Tsukasa-san, you were in a place like this?"

Tsukasa: "Oo Kamo-san." She waves up at him. [He's on the stairs.]

Kamo-san comes down the stairs: "What are you doing?"

Tsukasa: "What am I doing? Preparing for Ryuji-kun's engagement party."

Kamo-san, starts at this: "...Is that right......"

Tsukasa: "What? Is Ryuji going out?"

Kamo-san: "Ah. Yes."

Tsukasa: "H~m OK."

Suddenly there's a close up of Asago.

Asago: "I'm going too." She shoves Tsukasa out of the way, sending her bouncing into a group of kumiin.

Asago: "It's okay right Ryuji? In 5 days I'll officially be your fiancee. I want to understand your work so that I can be of help to you Ryuji when I become seisai."

Ryuji, looking down at her: "---..."

Asago, looking uncertain: "...... What...?"

Ryuji: "Not be of help to me. Don't you mean be of help to Kuryugumi...?"

Asago, shocked: "!"

Ryuji: "...Asago, aren't you thinking that as seisai you only have to support and protect me......?"

Asago: "!!"

Ryuji: "...Listen Asago. For you to be my seisai, to be my right arm, that means that if something were to happen to me then you would have to take my place."

Tsukasa too looks surprised.

Ryuji: "---I don't know what it's like in other kumis, but you can't become Kuryugumi's seisai without at least that kind of strength. In the car.

Tsukasa: "Ha~~~." She leans back on the seat. The world of the gokudo is severe~~~ I've heard a lot about the seisai up until now but it seems the seisai that Ryuji was thinking about is different from the seisai I pictured." Apparently Tsukasa being who she is, is not allowed to accompany Ryuji everywhere. She stops for a moment. {Agaaaiiiiin! I hate myself like this---! I'm sick of being like this---!! How low of me to be happy over someone's misfortune---!!} She gets out of the car, and strings her chain up on a nearby tree. She stands on a wooden crate that came from somewhere.

Tsukasa: "...I've lost the will to live...... Mom, Dad, I'll be there soon. When I get there, please punish me for becoming so rotten." She begins to slip her head into the make-shift noose.

Suddenly there's the sound of gunfire.

Tsukasa: "!!?" {Ryuji------!!?}

A gang of guys on motorcycles are tearing through the streets, shooting randomly. [It doesn't look like anyone's getting hit though.]

At the entrance to a building, Ryuji, Asago, Kamo-san and Bun-san take cover.

Kamo-san: "Sandaime, it seems like they're after us."

Ryuji: "Although they're totally missing their mark."

Kamo-san: "I wonder what's going on. It looks like they're all young, like high school students."

Ryuji, sighing: "Probably to get a raise in their allowance?" {I am pretty expensive.}

Ryuji suddenly notices the kid he saw a few days earlier. The kid aims his gun straight at Ryuji. In the next frame, Tsukasa is seen upside down as she whips out her chain to catch the guy while simultaneously cutting of the tip of his gun with her blade.

Kid: "Huh!? !!?"

Tsukasa's chain catches him around the neck and she yanks hard.

In the background, Kamo-san is seen applauding. Asago doesn't look too happy. Ryuji approaches the kid and grabs him by the collar. The kid glares up at him.

Ryuji: "...I thought so...... The brat that time......"

Tsukasa: "You know him?"

Ryuji: "Aah. ---Just the face......"

Back at the Kuryugumi main house.

Kamo-san: "---Sorry to keep you waiting Sandaime. I've found out where he's from."

Tsukasa: "E! Already?"

Ryuji, turning around: "Where's the brat from?"

Looks like Kuryugumi has their own questioning room, with a magic mirror included.

Kamo-san: "...Sakahogi Yuuwa. Son of Sakahogigumi's kumicho Sakahogi Seiji."

Tsukasa: "?"

Asago and Ryuji: "Sakahogi!?"

Asago: "They're the kumi that's been in the news lately! ...Wait a minute! An attack like that at a time like this... Doesn't that mean they're looking for a fight!?"

Tsukasa: "What do you mean?"

Asago, turns to glare at her. She then grabs Tsukasa by the ear: "Lately Sakahogigumi's kumiin have been murdered by someone somewhere!! So maybe Sakahogigumi thinks that someone somewhere is Kuryugumi and maybe that's why they attacked!! Watch the news at least! You're not a kid!!"

Tsukasa looks evil as she makes a voodoo doll of Asago.

Kamo-san: "---But wouldn't Sakahogigumi know who their enemy is?"

Ryuji: "You never know. There may be someone used by Hizakigumi like when father died."

Kamo-san: "!"

Ryuji, looking thoughtful: "...Either way... If the group that attacked us are the kid's, it's strange that the kid let us capture him without any struggle. ---He's up to something---..."

The phone rings all of the sudden.

Ryuji: "It's me."

Kumiin: "---A. Sandaime... Um... the phone's for you---..."

Ryuji: "Who is it?"

Kumiin: "---... It's......"

Ryuji: "Hurry up!"

Kumiin: "It's Sakahogigumi's kumicho!!"

Everyone in the room starts. Asago and Kamo-san glance at Ryuji.

Ryuji: "---Connect the call......"

Yuuwa from the next room smiles slyly.

A little while later in the house.

Asago: "---Ryuji... Are you going to meet with him tomorrow..? With Sakahogi's kumicho......"

Ryuji, smoking a cigarette: "...Aa."

Asago: "---The time and place were chosen by them... It may be a trap. You even said that 'they're up to something'---...!"

Ryuji has his back to her.

Asago: "...Let's have Sakahogi's son tell the truth of what they're after...!!"

Ryuji: "...You saw the brat's eyes... Even if you beat him up till he's spitting blood he won't tell the truth."

Asago: "...Then! Take me too!! I can't stand it!! That I have to wait alone for you to come back!! If something happens to you what am I supposed to do!!?"

Ryuji turns towards her. [Where did his cigarette go?]

Asago, holding her hands in front of her mouth: {...A.....!}

Ryuji: "...Sorry...... But we've already promised that we'll each only have 2 bodyguards......"

Somewhere in the halls. Tsukasa is stomping towards her destination.

Tsukasa: "...I don't agree with that after all!! Why am I removed from being the bodyguard when I'm better than Kamo-san or Bun-san!! And on top of that." Tsukasa recalls Asago's words.

Asago: "If she"s going then I'm going too!!"

Tsukasa, looking angry: {Since the selfish girl says that...! Why does Ryuji listen to Asago's whims like that? When he was ignoring me that was because of Asago's selfishness too! But this time I'll have him listen to me!! For sure!! I'll demand a change!!}

Back wherever Ryuji and Asago are.

Asago, looking very upset: "...I'm sorry...... I'm sorry...... ...I...!" She lowers her eyes to avoid Ryuji's eyes.

Ryuji lets out a sigh: "---Looks like I put too much pressure on you earlier today...... That was cruel of me......" He touches her hair. Asago looks up at him. "I'm not saying that you have to be able to take my place tomorrow...... Gradually's fine... ...Don't worry. I won't die before you gain the confidence......"

Asago: "---Don't talk like you're going to die someday---..." She kisses Ryuji on the lips.

Just then Tsukasa enters the room.

Ryuji sees her out the corner of his eye and breaks off the kiss.

Asago: "!?"

Asago looks at her in surprise.

Tsukasa too looks surprised: "---... ---... ---..." She starts: "...A... ---...S... Sorry..."
