Tsukasa: "---OK we have the imitation drugs to deceive the enemy!!" There's a trunk full of imitation drugs. "Our outfits for deceiving the enemy are OK!!"

Tsukasa is wearing her usual casual wear, plus a cap and shades. Asago kind of covered up half her hair in a scarf and is wearing a 2 piece suit (pants), which is a lot more casual then she usually goes for, but still a lot more fancy than Tsukasa's outfit.

Why are they dressing up? Tsukasa explains that it would a pain if Hizaki figured out who they were.

Tsukasa, taking off her shades and turning the brim of her cap around: "You sure took your time! How many minutes are you having us wait just for you to change!!?" {You know that Hizaki is short tempered!}

Asago, yelling back: "Quiet! It's only been 5 minutes. I don't always dress down like you so I wasn't quite sure what to wear!!" {Is that wrong!?}

Yuuwa: "Hey, hey, you guys. ...You're setting a poor example for the kumiin..."

Tsukasa, who starts: {That's right. We just started "Let's be allies though we want to beat each other up..."}

The kumiin from the Sakahogigumi are standing in a group on the right, and the kumiin from Kuryugumi are standing on the left. Both groups are silent and staring at the trio. In the middle is Minobu and a tall man.

Tsukasa turns to Asago and holds out a hand: "Friend..."

Asago turns her head and ignores Tsukasa.

Tsukasa, pissed, turns to Yuuwa and offers a hand: "...Friend......"

Yuuwa shakes hands with Tsukasa: {...She's like a gaki...... Can she really be Shirogami Ryuji's seisai..? like that...?}

Asago: "...So!? What about a plan!?" The man starts. "You can't possibly be thinking of going in without......"

She turns to see Yuuwa staring at her.

Asago: "... W... What..." {What's with those eyes......}

Yuuwa: "...Before you ask about our plan you don't have one of your own...?"

Asago: "...E...?"

Yuuwa, sighing: "...Nothing--- We already have a plan." He takes out a laptop. {You're just a bit too late.}

Asago: "W! What!? What are you thinking making plans without me!!"

Yuuwa: {How loud...} "I'll show you now so come over here."

Minobu, tugging on her brother's sleeve: "...Yuuwa, Yuuwa. Can Minobu come too? Minobu doesn't want to wait alone for Yuuwa and father to come home."

Yuuwa: "Absolutely not!!"

Minobu, dragging the man over to where Yuuwa is: "Then! Then how about if I have Sendai-san protect me all the way..." The man, Sendai [a last name] is labelled as Sakahogigumi no. 2.

Yuuwa: "No!!"

Minobu shows tears in her eyes and is trying not to bawl. Tsukasa notices this and smiles. "...Minobu-chan." Tsukasa bends down to the girl's height. "...Don't worry. I'll help rescue your father."

Minobu: "...Really...?"

Tsukasa: "Really, really. You want me to promise it?" She offers the girl her pinkie finger. [In Japan, among kids the two parties involved link pinkie fingers and say this little poem-thing to you seal a promise.]

Minobu blushes all of the sudden.

Tsukasa: "E?"

Minobu hides behind her brother.

Yuuwa: "Minobu?"

Tsukasa, still bent over at the girl's height:"...Why?"

A few minutes later.

Tsukasa, Yuuwa and Asago are ready to leave in a car.

Sendai: "...Then Yuuwa-san......"

Yuuwa, who's in the passenger seat: "Aa." {See you later.}

Tsukasa, who's in the driver's seat is getting a quick lecture about driving.

Sendai, who's looking at Tsukasa: "........."

Tsukasa notices this: "I'm leaving the orders for later up to you." [Okay, that doesn't quite sound right, but I can't think of any decent English equivalent...] "Just like we agreed to before, when we begin the escape, we'll do a HELP CALL, so when that happens, everything's up to you." Tsukasa salutes Sendai, holding the tiny radio transmitter in her hand.

Tsukasa drives off. Though in a distance, Sendai can hear the passengers of the car arguing.

Asago: "Hey! Drive properly won't you!"

Tsukasa: "Shut up! I'm just practising a bit!!"

Yuuwa: "......"

Tsukasa is weaving back and forth...

Sendai: "---..." {...Like we agreed to before... ...is it...}

Flashback of a conversation that just took place minutes ago.

Sendai: "...You're really just going yourselves (just kids)?"

Tsukasa: "Wouldn't that make them more careless?"

Sendai: "That's true but this is not like you think..."

Tsukasa: "I know. No matter what, we think, there's going to be more than the 3 of us over there. So after we recapture both Kuryugumi's and Sakahogigumi's kumichos I don't think we have a chance any bigger than an ant's shit to escape easily." [A literal translation of Tsukasa's words...]

Sendai: "..."

Tsukasa: "So you guys casually follow and if the situation gets out of hand, then assist us. Yuuwa: "That's right. The legend of the seisai of the disbanded syndicate called Hogougumi. The legend of the who supported the powerless omote no seisai."

Asago is sitting in the back seat. "......"

Tsukasa: "...Kage no seisai, doesn't that just mean a lover?" Because they're on the highway, the car is in auto drive mode.

[Kage = shadow/hidden; no = of; omote = main/frontal/outside. Thus kage no seisai = shadow wife; omote no seisai = main wife.]

Asago: "Not a lover. Even though it's not legally approved of, it's a seisai that's approved of in this world (of the gokudo)." Tsukasa and Yuuwa turn around to look at her. "I've heard that Hogou's omote no seisai had almost no fighting ability. The seisai of the gokudo has to be able to fight with her husband or there's no point. The only reason that the weak omote no seisai had the title of seisai was because the kage no seisai did half of the work she was supposed to do."

Tsukasa: "Half?"

Yuuwa: "Seisai... or the Durga, has the meaning of 'Mother Goddess of fighting' right?"

Tsukasa: "A? A~~~~..." {I vaguely remember hearing something of the sorts from Kamo-san...}

Yuuwa: "To do half of the work the seisai was supposed to do would mean that the woman who was the kage no seisai took the 'fighting' half of the work. The motherly instinct was the job of the omote no seisai. To give the kumicho heart care, to do the H things and to do business for the kumicho was all the job of the omote no seisai." {Leaving the dangerous work to the kage no seisai.}

Tsukasa: "...Then...... That woman who was the kage no seisai...... Didn't she love the kumicho who was also technically her husband......" {She just fought day in and day out to be covered in blood...? She didn't even get to touch her husband......? ...Not even fighting... or play/sport with him---...} She suddenly pictures herself with Ryuji on her back, bugging her. Tsukasa's eyes open wide in surprise. {---...E...?}

Asago: "...I wouldn't know that. But if she did, it must have been hard."

Tsukasa: {...What was... I... just thinking...?}

Asago: "The woman who was called the kage no seisai was better suited for the title of seisai, so the seisai who couldn't fight at her husband's right side is just like an accessory that won't be missed if she wasn't there. Yuuwa, who's reclining in the car seat: "Don't you understand that best?"

Asago: "!?"

Yuuwa: "...The reason I brought up that bit about the legendary kage no seisai was because of the way the 2 of you guys acted kinda of reminded me, that maybe it's something like this......"

Asago looks stunned: {---What's... this... ...The 2 of you ...... Who's he talking about......!? ...Could it be...!} She clenches her fist.

Yuuwa, turning to look at Tsukasa: {...Well, that statement only goes if this guy was a girl, though when you look, it's not like he can't pass for one.}

Inside the deserted factory.

Hizaki: "---...You have bad taste......"

Tooya: "...Not as bad as you."

Hizaki: "...Well, at least I can see something interesting......"

Rui has her long knife out and is dragging the tip of the blade along Ryuji's cheek. Looks like she's already takes a few swipes at his body as well. Ryuji doesn't move nor say a word.

Kamo-san: "Ah! How could she? Using the same blade that the killed that rat with...!" {What are you going to do if Sandaime dies of some strange disease?}

Bun-san, amazed at his colleague: "Kamojima-san, that's not something you should be worrying about..."

Tooya: "Rui wants to see blood. If we deny her that and she breaks, then we're in trouble. And you said to keep Shirogami Ryuji alive, so this is the only way."

Ryuji: "...Is the reason that you don't keep me alive because that if you don't the deal with Sakahogi won't go through? It must be a really precious drug."

Hizaki and Tooya: "---..."

Hizaki: "...When the drug is returned, then we (Hizakigumi) will absorb Kuryugumi. ---And first of all, I'll make you my slave."

Ryuji: "---..."

One of Hizaki's kumiin: "Kumicho, it looks like Sakahogi's son is here."

Kamo-san and Sakahogi: "!!"

Hizaki: "I'll be there right away."

Tooya [I think]: "Rui, you come too. The drugs will probably wear off soon."

She turns and leaves with Hizaki and Tooya. [She still hasn't said a word.]

Ryuji, who's sweating heavily: "......"

Outside the factory.

Yuuwa: "You don't look well." {What's wrong, you're car-sick? Doesn't look like you're ready.}

Asago, who's putting on shades: "Quiet! Why should you care!!"

Tsukasa is surveying the building. She notices some pipes that seem to connect 2 buildings. She smiles.

Asago replays the conversation in the car in her mind while they enter the building. {---...Is he saying that I'm as weak as Hogou's omote no seisai......? Is he saying that I can't do the job of seisai without her......!?}

Yuuwa has the radio on the inside of his jacket collar. Sendai's group is already in position and waiting.

Echo of Yuuwa's voice: "Don't you understand that best?"

Asago starts. She thinks back to how she claimed that she wouldn't worry about Ryuji, about how she didn't know how to stop the massacre that was going to occur between Kuryugumi and Sakahogigumi, and about how Tsukasa pressed the authority on to her.

Passers-by (2 girls and a guy).

"...E... Look at that. Isn't this the day that factory's closed?"

"There's not a lot of people here, I hope they're not going to start something......"

"Hey, should we call the police!?"

They run off.

Yuuwa: "Here's the promised drugs. Return father!!"

One of Hizaki's kumiin: "...Wasn't it supposed to be 3 gakis......? Where's the other one?"

Yuuwa: "...E...?"

Asago: "!?"

They both whirl around to find that Tsukasa wasn't there.

Yuuwa: "Where did he go!? Did he escape---!!?"

Asago: {...No......!! She wouldn't run away...!! Could...! She went ahead again...!} She hears the sound of someone taking out a gun. Asago immediately turns and draws her gun, shooting the man in the arm.

Kumiin: "!"

"How aho!"

"What can 3 kids do?"

Yuuwa: "WA!"

Asago: {You've gotta be kidding...!! I'm going to rescue Ryuji......!!} She easily downs 5 other kumiin by blowing out their shoulders.

Yuuwa is totally shocked. {Wow------!! This girl's good---!}

Asago starts off on a run: {Ryuji...! Where...!?} Yuuwa chases after her. Asago spots Hizaki, while Yuuwa takes cover. {...I'm not like Hogou's omote no seisai... Because I can fight---!!} She positions herself above Hizaki on a window sill.

Somewhere else in the building.

Tsukasa is crawling between the pipes. She's mumbling to herself as usual.

Tsukasa: {I wonder if Asago's okay. You better stall for some time~~~} She spots some guards. She smiles.

Ryuji: "......" He doesn't look well.

Kamo-san: "...Sandaime... Are you all right......?"

Ryuji, glaring: "......What are you talking about......"

Kamo-san: {Those eyes are saying not to bother with me...... Though his strength is down to the point that he may pass out any minute now... How stubborn...... Aah... If only Tsukasa-san was here...... Tsukasa-sa~~~~n.} He calls out in his mind.

Sound effects of people being knocked out.

Tsukasa slides in [on a kumiin]: "Hey! You're here. Did you wait long?"

Ryuji: "......!"

Kamo-san, totally surprised: {Tsukasa-san! She really came...!}

Tsukasa is looking around: "Ummm. Ryuji, Ryuji." She spots Ryuji and looks totally shocked. Her eyes circle Ryuji all around from bottom up.

Ryuji, glaring: "...... ...What are you looking at..."

Tsukasa, trying very hard not to burst out laughing: "...Nothing... ...Just that you're in a position that I never thought I'd see you in..." {Ryuji... That Ryuji is covered with cuts... and on top of that he's hung by the arms... Shit. I can't laugh. That he's so injured means that he must have been through a terrible ordeal...! I can't laugh here. Don't laugh!} She starts poking at Ryuji. Then bursts out laughing, unable to control herself. She's covering her mouth with one hand, pointing with the other and stamping her foot.

Ryuji, totally pissed off with a vein in his head popping: "......"

Kamo-san: "...Tsukasa-san..."

Tsukasa frees them all with her blade.

Sakahogi: "...Thanks... You saved us..."

Tsukasa, shaking her head: "Not yet!!! It's too early for that!"

Sakahogi: "...Wasn't my son supposed to be here with you.......?"

Tsukasa: "Aah. Your son and Asago are stalling for us......"

Ryuji who had grabbed his jacket back took the weapon of one of the men Tsukasa defeated. "...Asago's... here......!?"

Tsukasa: "...Yeah......"

Ryuji: "BAKAYARO" Tsukasa winces. "Why didn't you say that before!!" He takes off on a run.

Tsukasa, who looks surprised: {...W... What was that for---!!}

Asago: "---Bring Ryuji here. We'll trade kumichos. If you don't hurry, I'll blow a hole though your kumicho's heart!"

Yuuwa: "If you don't return my father then I won't return these drugs either---!"

Asago has a gun to Hizaki's back, and Yuuwa taunts Hizakigumi with the briefcase full of drugs.

Hizakigumi is silent.

Asago: "What are you doing? I'll shoot!!"

Tooya, who doesn't look at all worried: "...Ha... ...Sure... Go ahead... ...Shoot"

Asago: {...W...... What---...!?}

Tsukasa and Ryuji are now running to the scene.

Tooya: "...Well, that is if you have a finger to pull the trigger......"

Asago: {---...E---...}

Asago sees a flash of blond hair.

It's Rui. She swings her blade down on Asago's arm.

Ryuji and Tsukasa arrive on the scene.

Asago looks totally shocked.

Tooya: "...A... Sorry...... I meant your arm."

Asago's right arm lands on the floor with a thud.
