Episode title page features Tsukasa and Asago, the former with her middle finger up, the latter with her hand in a thumbs down position. Tsukasa is in army gear, Asago is in her school uniform. Both are looking up at the reader defiantly.

There's a pic of one of the Ultimate Weapons in half shadow. His right arm is converted into a Gatling gun and you can tell that his left arm looks rather metallic. It's probably Rai.
Text: Loving destruction, slaughtering brings them happiness. They feel no pain and in their search for strength, chose to live while becoming one with weapons. ---Being fond only of fighting, while they were still human, it was as if they were ------no longer... [Okay, okay, I had a lot of trouble with this passage... What I also found was that it almost didn't matter if I read all the text on the right side of the page first and then the stuff on the left side as opposed to each section from right to left... I translated it reading from right to left on each section. (For those who don't have any visual aids, the text is kinda split into 3 horizontal partitions.) Anyways, I hope I didn't totally lose the meaning when trying to make this part sound like English... Gomenasai (T_T)]
One of the Ultimate Weapons [Rai I think] points his right arm (the Gatling gun) at Tsukasa.
Tsukasa's face becomes dark as her mouth drops open. "......!!" Sweat trickles down her face. "...U"
The guy starts firing.
Tsukasa: {Bakemono ------!!} [bakemono = monster] "WAAAAAAAAAAAA" {Yayayayayayayaya} [Remember, ya is like "no".] She somehow manages to avoid the bullets whipping past her. Actually, her clothing is pretty tattered with rips in the army gear where she was likely nicked with bullets.
Transforming completely into a dog (with human eyes and her hair) she whimpers as she escapes on all fours. "Wa~~~~n!!! What the hell am I supposed to do against him all on my own~~~~~~!!?} Her ears are down and her tail is curled between her hind legs as she cries.
Wavy text above Tsukasa: Sto~~~p i~~~t!!
Text in boxes: Up until a little while ago, I was with Ryuji and everyone else. But guns don't work against him and his super human movements. It was bad enough that we didn't know how to deal with just him but to make things worse, his allies showed up.
A picture focuses on two more ultimate weapons, their right arms looking suspicious (probably hiding weapons). These two are dressed in suit and tie like Rai and are also wearing shades. Both have short dark hair, one with his hair split in the centre, the other a bit to the left.
Text in the box: Thanks to that, we all became separated.
A funny SD pic shows Rai and the 2 Ultimate Weapons in the centre, firing in all directions. Bun-san and Kamo-san are in the back scurrying away in one direction. Tsukasa is escaping with Ryuji in another direction. Gonzaemon (as Tsukasa described him) is escaping in yet another direction. [Even in SD form, he looks kinda graceful.]
Text below Tsukasa and Ryuji: At this point I was still with him but......
The next frame shows Tsukasa in dog form hiding in a container of sorts.
Text: While escaping she became separated from him.
Tsukasa, curled up: {...It's no use... If I just keep escaping, my stamina won't last. ...But then I don't have any weapons to retaliate with...} She thinks for a moment before putting her fist to her palm. {That's right!} She peeks out of her hiding place.
Text on the container she's hiding in: Garbage bin.
Tsukasa: "..." {If I can get to Kuryugumi's weapon's vehicle then maybe I can reunite with Ryuji...!! Okay! Now that I've decided......!!} She steps out and takes off at a run. [Is there a term that means "a vehicle used to transport weapons"?]
Rai starts as he spots camouflage wear peeking from around a corner. "!!" He starts firing wildly, taking out a good chunk of the wall. He starts again as he only finds a very tattered camouflage jacket. "!!"
Text pointing to something that just fell: The garbage bin lid.
Some distance away, Tsukasa is racing away. "First thing's first!! Weapons!! Allies!! Retaliate------!!" {---Ryuji, you're all right aren't you------!!?} [In case you've forgotten, Tsukasa was wearing a oversized sleeveless shirt underneath the jacket.]
Somewhere else.
Ryuji is panting heavily, leaning against a wall. He's searching his coat pocket for something. "...Shit..." {...I'm out of bullets...... ...Chi...! But then having one gun is like having no weapon at all---... Even if I fire, the I can't score a hit... Even if I do, the bullets are stopped...} "...Man... don't they have a weakness...?" {Maybe if I had a more destructive weapon---...} His face is pretty marked up and his coat really needs to be replaced. A whisper startles Ryuji.
Voice: "...Sandaime..."
Ryuji: "!!" {...Kamojima......!!}
Kamo-san appears with a cloth labelled as a rug over his head. Another figure is seen behind him underneath the huge rug (likely Bun-san).
Kamo-san: "Over here. Hurry."
Ryuji, still whispering: "Bakayaro!! Why did you come!!?"
Kamo-san: "...Why... I thought that it would be better with more people..."
Ryuji, visibly pissed with a popped vein: "You're in the way."
Kamo-san: "...A... How mean."
Ryuji: "You baka! Following me here like that. If something happens I can't be concerned with you!!" His speech bubble is decorated with popped veins.
Kamo-san pauses a moment before smiling with gentle eyes. "...Of course... Even if I do protect you (Sandaime), you (Sandaime) have no reason to protect me......"
Ryuji: "---..." He lets out a sigh. "...Kamojima, we need weapons... We're going back to get them......"
Kamo-san: "...Ha..." [Ha is like Hai but kinda has the impression of being like "Yes sir/madam!"]
Bun-san peeks out from underneath the rug as well.
Ryuji: "......" {...Weapons... ...She didn't have anything on her if I remember--- ...Where...... are you and what are you up to---... ...Tsukasa---...}
Tsukasa's feet stop as she stares up in horror.
Tsukasa: "------...!"{------...Wha......}
A large number of kumiins in camouflage wear are firing away at something huge with rifles/machine guns.
Tsukasa: {------What------...!? WHAT THE HELL IS THIS---------!!!?}
A huge hand like thing seems to be coming from the ground. [As a wild guess, I'll say it's about 2 stories high...] The hand looks rather sinewy [Is there such word?] and seems to be wrapped in ribbed ribbon-like coils. Two of the coils (there's one on each finger) are wrapped around people, holding them up in the air. Some kumiin are on the ground motionless. The bullets from the guns don't seem to be doing any damage to the hand.
Tsukasa: "...It's... ...a hand---...!" {A retardedly huge hand... ...Could this too... be---...!?}
One of the captured people is a girl in her school uniform. It's Asago.
Asago: "...P... Plea...se...!! Help him...!"
Tsukasa stares up, her eyes wide. {A...! Asago---!!}
The coiled ribbons whip Asago and her father around wildly. It seems that Sumon is unconscious.
Asago, with tears in her eyes. "Hur...ry!!" She coughs and blood stains her chin. {I don't care what happens to me, so...!!} "Hurry and save father------!!" {Father's going to die------!!} She tries in vain to pull the ribbon that's wrapped around her waist off.
Sumon appears to have a head wound, blood covering the side of his face.
Kyuragi: "So you say but...!!" He seems to be wearing a hard hat which he's holding down with both hands as he looks up.
Kumiin 1: "These are useless..!!" {And those ribbony things that are wrapped around the fingers block everything!}
Kumiin 2: "If we use anything bigger that this they'll be blown away with the bakemono!"
Tsukasa runs up to Kyuragi and co. "Wouldn't the main body be at the end of that huge hand?"
Kyuragi: "!!"
Tsukasa: "Even if you bust that hand, it won't end until you finish the main body!" {Those small weapons are useless!} "Aim for the body with something bigger!!"
Kyuragi, visibly pissed: "...Why do you, a katagi have to be giving orders like..."
Tsukasa transforms into Wakasa form, with the cold eyes. "...There's no time..."
The air crackles with tension as the kumiin start over her change.
Even Kyuragi is silent. [Gyahaha! The hard had Kyuragi is wearing has his name in Roman letters on the side and on the front it says... "Safety first".]
Tsukasa, royally pissed, breathes fire as the kumiin plus Kyuragi scatter in different directions.
Large text: H...! Hai~~~~~~
Tsukasa immediately turns her face upwards to whatever she plans on doing next.
Asago: "...!" She hears a voice close by. Turning her head, she is surprised to see Tsukasa. "---...!!"
Tsukasa, who seems to have found her knife has her legs wrapped around one of the fingers as she tries to slice through the ribbon holding Asago.
Tsukasa: "You! Damn you! You! Darn you!" [Or something to that extent.] She gets pissed as the ribbon becomes more flexible and bends out of harm's way. "Auuggh! It's too rubbery and my knife won't work---!!"
Asago: {...Ba... Baka-zuki---...} Tears are staining her face as stares in surprise.
Tsukasa: "Kyain!!" [a sound that sounds kinda like a whimper] Tsukasa yells as another ribbon flicks her off the hand. She has furry ears and a tail as she is sailing through the air. She manages to land on her side. "...Chi!! It is useless!!" {Dammit---!! Hurry up and find the main body mister and co---!!"
Some distance away.
Kumiin 1: "A!! Boss!!" {That!!}
Kyuragi: "!!"
Kumiin 1: "Is... Is that the main body...!?"
The Ultimate Weapon with the long extendible left arm starts. "...!" It's the huge bald guy [Not the woman with the long hair and the pincer like hand as I thought.]
Text pointing to the upheaved ground: They followed this.
Back at where Tsukasa is.
Tsukasa [I think]: "UOOOOOOOOO"
Kumiin 1: "O...!"
Kumiin 2: "OO...!"
Kumiin 3: "This...!!"
Tsukasa: "Take this!!"
Text pointing to the beam from the gun Tsukasa is firing: Laser.
Tsukasa: "If-I-can't-cut-it-then-I'll-burn-through-it attack---!!"
Kumiin 1: "Cool--!! It's not burning through but it's melting!!"
Kumiin 2: "We could attack like that if it comes to close combat!!"
The huge hand is twitching wildly as Tsukasa tries to burn through the ribbon. It gets angrier as the ribbon begins to melt. She's desperately clinging to/avoiding the ribbons whipping by her.
Asago: "!!" {You baka, Baka-zuki!!! Why did you come to save someone like me---!!?}
Back to Baldy and the other kumiin. [I'll call him Baldy until he gets a name...]
Fired bullets clink to the ground as Baldy catches each and every one aimed at him. The kumiin stare in horror. Looks like Baldy has a metallic right arm. [God, his left arm is HUGE!!]
Asago thinks back to when she learned the truth.
Asago: {---When I found out that you were the kage no seisai's daughter, I thought that it wasn't fair, that it was unjust......!!} She remembers the shock and the way she reacted to the news. {I was just so jealous that you were her (the kage no seisai's) daughter...! When you learned the truth, I didn't even give a damn about how you felt------...!!} Tears sting her eyes as she watches Tsukasa battle with the coiled ribbons.
Baldy looks up in surprise as some of the kumiin heft up bazookas.
The missiles are launched...
As the missiles are fired, the huge hand suddenly disappears and Tsukasa, Asago and Sumon are left hanging in the air.
Tsukasa: "---!! ...E...!!?" {It... It retreated all of the sudden...!!} Tsukasa manages to land without too much damage. "WAWAWAWAWA" She runs as fast as she can when she realizes that Asago is about to land on her back.
In the background, Sumon is tended to by 2 kumiins.
Kumiin: "Kumicho, are you all right!?"
Tsukasa luckily manages to catch Asago. [HEY! How come none of the kumiin went to save Asago!?]
Asago: "...!?" She opens her eyes slowly.
Explosions are heard in the distance.
Tsukasa: "!!" {...Those guys...!! They must have found the main body...!!} The upheaved earth trails off into the distance from where the explosions seem to be originating.
Asago: "...Y...!" She starts coughing.
Tsukasa, alarmed: "Wh... What!!? Do you hurt somewhere!? You can't breathe!?" {Where is it!?}
Asago: "...!" She gasps between words. "...Why did you come to save someone like me...!?"
Tsukasa is wide-eyed at her sudden outburst.
They stare at each other for a moment.
Tsukasa: "-...That's obvious... To help women in distress. ...That's common sense." She points her finger for emphasis.
Asago stares with tears in the corners of her eyes.
Seems that Meiko and the first aid team has arrived.
Meiko has her hands clasped in admiration. {...H... How manly...} [And I thought she was trying to get Tsukasa to become more womanly... I guess Tsu's manliness struck her.]
Behind her, Azuma, Toshi, Sho, Taku and Tsubaki are struggling to carry away the injured.
Tsubaki: "Ha---n! Meiko sensei! Come and help me carry him outta here!" {He's heavy--! I can't move him---!}
Likewise Toshi and Sho are trying to transport another downed kumiin away.
Tsukasa, who's crouched beside Asago: "...Well actually, I can't leave those in trouble alone......" {Well... especially women.} "...So ...I rea~~~ly don't want to but......" She sighs as she gets to her feet. She turns to Kuryugumi's doctor. "Meiko sensei."
Meiko: "What is it?"
Tsukasa points as she sprints away. "Take care of Asago!!" {---I really don't want to but this time only, I can't leave them (the kumiin) alone either---!!}
Asago sits up as Tsukasa darts away.
Baldy is very powerful, being able to control his huge left hand plus the ribbons. [The ribbons remind me of a wider version of the ribbon used in gymnastics.]
The kumiins and their weapons are tossed into the air easily.
Kumiin 1: "Kumicho it's useless! Even if we aim with more powerful weapons he avoids them all so there's no point...!!" {What should we do!!?}
Some of the clan heads and kumiins are sprawled on the ground after Baldy's attack.
Kyuragi has a shadow over his face, his hard hat gone. "...!!"
Mooka: "And on top of that, the elastic hand makes it difficult...!" [The word I translated as elastic is more like "freely expands and contracts", which describes something stretchy and flexible like Silly Putty (a bungee cord?). The word "elastic" reminds me something more like a rubber band... but that's the only word I can think of...]
Kyuragi, with blood staining the side of his face: "...Wh......" {...What... should we do about something like this...!!?} He watches as Baldy jumps up high in the air and whips out a single ribbon to take out the kumiins with the bazookas. "It's... useless..."
Tsukasa: "...I/We can do this........."
The clan heads and kumiin start at her voice.
Tsukasa: "...It's possible..." She turns reluctantly to Kyuragi, glaring. "...Mister..."
Kyuragi starts in fear: "...!? ...H... Hai......!?"
Tsukasa sees the fear in his eyes, then changes her mind. She smiles.
Kyuragi looks confused.
Tsukasa crouches down to his level. "...Sorry... Help me---..."
