Speedy's Surname: The Raging Controversy

Speedy's surname. Yes. Visit a few Pizza Cats websites and you'll probably see several different spellings. Amongst the most popular are Service (which is pretty logical), Serviche and Cerviche. Initially I personally was fond of the "Service" spelling. It's witty and bold. But recently I was lucky enough to obtain a copy of Samurai Pizza Cats: The Movie. It's right there on the back: C-E-R-V-I-C-H-E. So there we go. Also, this and several other disputed SPC spellings have recently been clarified - somewhat, at least - by Andrew Thomas, the producer of the SPC dub. Anyone know what spellings the Saban Powerhouse people use for various names?
