Synopsis 1

Kyaroru was a history lover -- born in a rich family at America. Her father gave financial support to the opening of a pharoh's tomb, whose splendor attracted scholars all over the world (like that of King Tut, but bigger and richer). Unfortunately, the King's mummy was stolen, and Kyaroru broke a board written in hieroglyph, which was actually a seal to prevent the King's sister from awakening. Since it was brocken, the Queen awoke, and swore to take vengeance on whosoever broke the peace of her brother's tomb and stole the mummy. Her first target was the Kyaroru's family -- Kyaroru's father died from a byte of her cobra, and Kyaroru was brought back to the Ancient Egypt along with her, when she discovered that scholars were about to put the pieces of the board together.

Once Kyaroru was in ancient Egypt, Aishisu thought she must have killed, for the rule was that unknown foreigners could not live. However, fortunately, she was saved by two kind slaves. She was told to hide her white skin and blond hair, but was seen accidentally once by the King, who became suddenly interested in this girl, and captured her as his "captive". Later on, the King actually fell in love with this girl, for she pocessed the modern knowledge of history, and knew how to filter dirty water. She even predicted events, once, accidentally. People called her the "Daughter of the Nile", for she matched the descriptions of the legend -- the king wanted to marry her.

At this point, the peace was broken when Aishisu became jealous of the Princess of the Hittis, who wanted to marry Meifuisu to bring a royal allegiance with both countries -- she killed the princess and sent a message back to her country that she has retured. The princess's wise and quick-witted brother, Prince Isumiru (sp? or is it Isumi?)came to Egypt under desguise. And when he discovered her sister's blood-stained jewellery, he stole Kyaroru away from Meifuisu, out of rage. Prince Isumiru meant to beat Kyaroru for the truth of how his sister died, but he actually found himself awed by her intelligence and beauty -- he fell in love with this enchanted girl too, and wanted to make her his wife -- he knew well of the legend which states that whosoever gains pocession of the Daughter of the Nile gains pocession of Egypt.

Out of rage, Meifuisu, based on his own desire and the people's command, mobilized army and went against the Hittis. With Kyaroru's help, Egyptians won, but Kyaroru was injured badly with Izumiru's dagger.

After Kyaroru's recovery, Kyaroru found out that she was in love with the Egyptian Pharaoh, thus approving the idea of becoming the queen; however, disapproved the way Meifuisu ruled the country -- with force.

Meanwhile, Isumiru sent one of his confidents -- Ruka (sp? I'm not sure about the name at all. E-amil me if you know) to get close to Kyaroru to be a close body guard, who would bring Kyaroru to him when the time has come.

Ruka succeded with ease, and since Kyaroru trusted him fully, she asked him to take her to Giza, where Meifuisa has promosed but never done so. On the way there, they were discovered, and Meifuisa was furious, wanting to kill Ruka, but his anger was subsided by Kyaroru, who then decided to marry him since it was the first time Meifuisa did not kill somebody when feeling outrageous.

During the splendid ceremony, Kyaroru remembers that in the 20th century, Meifuisu's mummy showed a very young-aged king. Worried, she asked Meifuisu to cancel the ceremony where he must kill lions to wooship the god Amun-Ra. But since Meifuisu didn't listen, she followed to make sure everything goes well. There, Aishisu let out a poisoned lion to eat Kyaroru -- her shoulder was embedded under the jaws of the crazy lion -- who could not be killed no matter how many wounds he's got. Kyaroru was luckily saved -- and alive, though badly wounded -- so was Meifuisu. However, as people thought that danger was over, Aishisu released another lion -- which gripped Kyaroru by the wounded shoulders, and brought her down to the Nile river. The Nile flowed through centuries, and strangely brought Kyaroru back to the 20th centur, back to Giza, near where her brother was investing in oil. After her brother's astounding finding of her, Kyaroru was brought to hospital, and the world's best doctors gathered to cure her.

AS Kyaroru was back to concious, what happened during her absence could not be recalled, and she was hearing strange sounds calling her "daughter of the nile" from somewhere far away. Worried for her daughter, her mother engaged her to her boyfriend. At the party, she got into a boat accidentally, and was brought back to the ancient Egypt again.

Found at at the Lower Egypt by Ruka and Unasu( these names are absolutely sound-alikes since I don't have reference to the true japanese name), Meifuisu's most loyal soldier. On the way back home, Aishisu's soldiers attacked Kyaroru, and Ruka used this insident to bring Kyaroru to Prince Izumiru, who was at a meeting with the King of Assyria for treaty of alliance. Meanwhile, in Egypt, a representative from Assyria lured Meifuisu, saying that they've got a golden gift to give him. Kyaroru, in the Hittis, knowing that the king of Assyria has always been known for cruelty and cunningness, she escaped from Prince Isumiru, but only found her trapped in the trap set by the king.

On her way to find Menfuisu, she found Unasu and told him to tell the commander of the soldiers outside the city to reverse the current of the river Eupharites (?)so the water would pour into the dried-mud-built city and crumble it.

The next day during a duel with Menfuisu, the water poured in and the most proud statue in the city splitted into half -- and the King lost one arm. The Egyptians soldier escaped with ease, and Kyaroru's reputation of intelligence spread even further. Not all men like intelligent women though, for the king of Babylon thought of Kyaroru as a source of misfortune. He decided to lure Kyaroru into his country and kill her for good. Based on his cuningness, he approched Aishisu and teased her that once Kyaroru become the queen, she'd have to serve her as well -- but if she would marry him, he would do anything for her -- even for killing. Aishisu agreed to lure Kyaroru into Babylon after her wedding with Menfuisu and kill her there.

After Kyaroru's wedding, she went to Babylon with loaded gifts. On her way there, their camps were wet on fire, and Ruka brought Kyaroru to a safe place, waiting for Prince Izumiru to appear.

Meanwhile in the 20th century, Kyaroru's brother's company was also on fire.

Prince Izumiru appeared and grabbed Kyaroru on to his horse. Kyaroru screamed. And strangely, her brother in the future heard her, and ran into the firy place -- he saw Kyaroru taken by some strange guy -- and Kyaroru saw her brother. Her brother took out his pistle and fired at the prince at the shoulder. Kyaroru was saved, but as the fire got in control, everything was normal again.

After Aishisu's ceremony, the King of Babylon invited her to have a tour in the famous tower (name?) he built. There, since Kyaroru's clothing was not good for walking up there, he told her to change, and gave her cloth to a servant. When they went down, he lured Kyaroru into the basement, and locked her up there -- he changed his mind in killing her because such an intelligent woman could be used to predict the future. In order to fulfill his agreement, he killed the servant in the cloth of Kyaroru and threw her body into fire so that the face could not be seen -- Aishisu thought Kyaroru was dead.

Locked up in the tower, the king threatened Kyaroryu that if she doesn't predict the future he would kill Ruka and Unasu -- so Kyaroru was forced to do so, and wrote back a letter to Meifuisu that she was having fun in Babylon and would not go back in awhile.

Though locked up, she climbed up to the little window and found one of her companion looking for her. She told him to get oil and bring it through to a chamber using the channel of the water that would go into the tower. To distract attention, she predict the happeneing of moon eclipse -- the ancient kings were afraid of it.

Aishisu discovered the truth, and complained that Kyaroru's prediciton was a lie. Believing in her, the king was going to kill Kyaroru, but the eclipse actually did happen the moment the king took Kyaroru away. Knowing that from this incident, all the people would believe in her, she told everybody to get out of the tower because something terrible was going to happen -- she's going to use the oil and explode the tower, and escape while the people were attracted to the fire.

After succeding, she and Ruka got out of the tower, met with the General, but the king knew it was the act of her, so he sent soldiers in search for her. In order for Kyaroru to escape, some soldiers went to attract the attention of the enemy. Kyaroru's crying was heard by the king, and the king went after Kyaroru with more soldiers. Having nowhere to turn to, Kyaroru headed for the Devil Desert -- a place where no man has come out of it alive -- and the only place the king would not want to go.

Meanwhile, Meifuisu suspected something wrong in Babylon. So he disguised himself and sneaked into Aishisu's chamber. Upon hearing Aishisu saying that Kyaroru would have been dead, and that Ragushu (name?), the king of Babylon, did not follow their agreement, Meifuisu was furious and declared Aishisu as a public enemy of Egypt as she tried to kill the queen of Egypt. Not afraid of any danger, he went into the Devil Desert to rescue his beloved.

With Kyaroru's knowledge of the weird sound they heard in the desert, they survived. But Kyaroru was stolen by desert tribes. Fortunately, the mistress recognized her as the one who saved her only son before, Kyaroru was given back to the Egyptian soldiers. The fire set by Kyaroru attracted the attention of Meifuisu, and he found her nearby. Kyaroru was finally safe in the arms of Meifuisu.
