Tale
Ognenovski received "Blagodarnica" (This 
is
an honorary award) for life long work from the folk radio "Radio Ros",
in Skopje on December 7, 2000.
The same award has been presented to other legendary Macedonian artists
such as Vaska Ilieva (singer) and Aleksandar Sarievski (singer). All these
awards, which was being introduced for the first time, were presented in
the 'Universal Hall' at the Folk Festival "Ros 2000".
