Effective Spring 2004:

• I will carry no more than 6 clients for 2004. There may be an exception to this for a smaller sized group.

• All contracts will be sent out no later than April 15th, 2004. Any client committing to me after this date will still have to meet scheduling guidelines listed below.

• NO Contract will be considered for a block without the 25% Contract & Materials Fee (down-payment), unless other arrangements are made. Contracts with the Contract & Materials Fee will be given first priority over those without.

• Each client will be given a 2 week design block time. The actually scheduling of blocks will be determined by the return date of the contract and the band Director's proposed deadline date of the show. This deadline date can not be within 28 days of the postmark on the contract. This is the only way I can make sure I don't have too many design blocks over-lapping.

• ALL Bands will be given the same fee rate of *$20 per-marching member, negotiation of this price is acceptable.

• Any band returning a contract postmarked prior to May 15, 2004 which includes ALL scores + accurate instrumentation will receive a $2 per-marching member discount, or a rate of *$18 per-marching member. This same $2 discount will also be awarded to any band submitting their contract and all other information more than 6 weeks (42 days) before the director assigned deadline date.

• Any band not allowing at least 4 weeks (28 days) between post-mark and due date will be given a premium rate of *$22 per-marching member.
