Dennilyn Peterson's Horn Page
Welcome to my Horn Page.
I started playing the French Horn in 7th grade (after starting out on flute in 5th grade). Continued to play into college and then stopped playing. After many years and much life experience, I am now playing again. Many thanks to my hubby, who indulges me terribly.

The exciting part of this story is that I have a neuro-muscular disease (MS) that afflicted my body in 1989. In spite of this disability, the Lord has given me the grace to not only be able to hold a horn again, but to play it too! I borrowed an old Holton single horn for the past year and recently purchased a beautiful 22 year old Conn 8D. Many thanks to those who helped me obtain this beauty. Special thanks to Jim Green for allowing me to purchase his beloved "Woton". I promise to take real good care of him!

I play in our church orchestra here in Grand Rapids, MI. We are a large "mega" church and the music department is awesome! Want to see? http://www.1ag.org

I am looking for any links and information on people with disabilities who play an instrument (especially horn). If you know of a web site or have any information to share, please email me.
