Welcome to my homepage. Contained in these next few pages is a glimpse of my trip to Jamaica, complete with links to travel information and photographs. My Jamaica page is also where I comment on the quality of my one and ONLY flight with ATA airlines. I'm sure that thousands of people fly ATA every day without incident, and are satisfied with the flight, service, and food (at least as satisfied as you can be with airline food). However, I would like to stress that this is a true story; we were all truly terrified by the experience, even though I tried to keep a sense of humor about the whole thing. That experience gave me a new appreciation of airline maintenance crews, and how important their job is. The smallest mistake or miscalculation and you're dead! Or you can travel to a musical land (The Music Room), where I'm the only citizen. That's right, just me. I think this week I'll appoint myself director of internal affairs, or maybe Secretary of State. In this room you can listen to some of my music if you feel so inclined. ...I almost forgot, Brian spent a brief period as the lead singer of the Counting Crows. Luckily for him and his publicist, it was during the same time that the band was featured on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. The band he's promoting on his T-shirt was his very first garage band in high school, "Scrawny Strawny". The band consisted of Brian (lead vocals, occasional tamborine), his brother Corey (percussion, kazoo), and his other brother Mark (guitars, triangle). They enjoyed immense popularity throughout their high school years, and were booked for most of the major high school dances, including both junior AND senior prom. They even had a groupie named Kate.
