(Provided by Gwyneth Morgan ) ....Good property for a car-free break - easily reached by bus from Leeds or Bradford. Located right in the middle of a very ordinary housing estate, visible through all windows: some may find this intrusive although there seems to be no noise problem. A spectacular main living room perfect for ceremonial dining and toasting things on the fire. The downside? It's haunted - with a very bad atmosphere in the main bedroom particularly, although this wore off towards the end of our stay. A more benevolent presence in the living room. Three out of the five of us noticed this - the other two and many log writers didn't so perhaps just too much imagination? Mark: 6/10
