Swarkestone Pavillion

(Provided by Rainer Schuldt) - Curious property situated in the south of Derby near the river Trent.The Pavilion is the only building remaining of the Swarkestone mansion.Simple furniture, beds in the living room, and if you want a bath you've to cross the open roof, but the Pavilion is nevertheless quite cosy. Good starting point for visits at Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall, also the Peak District is nearby.
