Nogomet je najvažnejša ljubiteljska stvar na svetu. Reprezentanca, katere vzpone in padce spremljam že od Italy'90 je Anglija. Razlog moje simpatije do Anglije? Predvsem modern slog, ki so ga Angleži demonstrirali v devetdesetih, najhitrejši nogomet na svetu, njihova liga Premiere league z vedno bolj kvalitetnimi nogometaši, njihov pečat, ki so ga naredili z izumitvijo te športne zvrsti, Arsenal (klub, katerega navijač sem), najboljši golgeter vseh časov (Lineker), ker skoraj cel svet prezira nogometno moč Anglije (delno tudi zaradi peščice huliganov), itd.
