- Dept of metaphysics concerned with the essence of things or being in the abstract
- Onomatopoeia
- Words which sound like what they describe eg Cuckoo, Swoosh
- Oscitation
- Yawning, inattention, negligence
- Osculate
- Kiss
- Sorites
- chain logic leading to absurdities
