visitor - 09/06/00 03:36:03 My Email:icare@counsellor.com | Comments: I've been to your PCC page and I'm wondering why someone that purports to be a Christian has such an unloving and "tear it down" attitude about PCC. If it's not the kind of school you would choose, that is fine, but to make it sound so horrible is not doing the cause of Christ a service. My son attends PCC and he loves it. He far prefers the many rules that are designed to protect the students, than to attend a worldly Christian college that enables young people to fall into sin that will affect their whole lives. For instance, he's thankful about the "No touching" rule and the fact that being alone with the young women is not allowed. Why? Because first of all, it minimizes temptation and secondly, it protects the young men from being falsely accused of misconduct. If a young man is alone with a young woman, and she claims that he went too far or was improper, there is NO WAY that he could ever prove that he didn't. However, by not ever being alone with the opposite sex, that won't be a problem. Secondly to that, it helps to keep young men and ladies from getting their hearts too entangled on casual relationships before they are really ready, or maybe willing, to commit to a marriage vow. One other thing that I'd like to point out is that you are ILLEGALLY using the PCC logo on your PCC page. That is stealing and very improper for a Christian. I mean this in Christian love, so please don't be offended. A concerned visitor. |
