JULIA ANN KIBLER, the wife of ANDREW JACKSON KOONTZ and
FRANCES CATHERINE KIBLER, the wife of JOHN CARTER were our great grandmothers. .
The Kibler and Koontz families both had roots in the Page County and/or Shenandoah Valley region in Virginia. Members of both families migrated to Jasper Co. IL.
