Dear Vasu: Excellent web site. I would suggest that you modify the spellings of many
of the ragas by using the Internationally accepted standard adopted by the conference
of Orientalists. This uses diacritical marks and makes it very easy for the proper
uchcharam of words. I have done extensive research on the sahityas of different
composers and have amassed over 28000 song titles of over 350 composers and in 750
ragas. I am still adding to it. Although I myself am not using the international standard
for this, I have put out a book of Tyagaraja's kritis that does use all the diacritical
marks. These books were published in 1994 and 1995 resp. Keep up the good work. Let
