First of all, lets get to know who is the characters that are found in this episode.

Keiich Morisato

Nekomi Tech. student who dialed a wrong number and unwittingly summoned the Relief Goddess named Belldandy.
Another thing about Keiichi is he is a Motorcycle racer for his school and really Keiichi is kinda of a shy type of guy who is 21 years old.

Belldandy

Goddess First Class (unlimited)Very Beautiful,very kind.
Another thing is she is a awesome cook and she loves tea.

Urd and Skuld

Urd is Belldandy's Older sister,controller of the past, and Skuld is Belldandy's younger sister controller of the future.

Now you know a bit about them, we can review the following episode.

In the beginning of this episode things were going quite strange because of the result of the Lord of Terror. He had trashed the Yggdrasil system and caused some bad things to happen. As Keiichi comes home he wonders where everyone is because usually they are crazy for ice cream that Keiichi had got. Anyhow, as Keiichi opens one of the doors Belldandy crashes to the floor because of the computer crashing the goddesses can't control their powers and the computer is their main source of energy.

Keiichi was then being foolish to kiss Belldandy while she was a sleep, but he talked himself out of it. As he starts to hear Skuld gulping down gallon after gallon of ice cream. Keiichi, starts crying to Urd, Hey Urd there is something wrong with Belldandy and Skuld. To Keiichi surpise he finds Urd chugging down his prize winning bottle of pure,refined "DEMON DANCE SAKE."I think that put Keiichi over the edge in this episode. However that bottle cost about 100.00 some dollars or some 1,000 yens. Keiichi then listens to Belldandy as she explains the power of the Yggdrasil System. Its energy supply consist upon the earth's trees,wind,clouds, and even the sea. This energy is what powers the local earth's spirits.

So now Keiichi needs to find some alternative power source until Yggdrasil System is back in service. The next day Urd and Skuld find out Keiichi and Belldandy had skipped out on them and left them cheap ice cream and booze. This drives Urd and Skuld crazy. So they then plan to jump Keiichi when he gets home. On the way to somewhere Keiichi finds out from Belldandy, who at this point is in a dwarf like stage so she can't be seen with Keiichi, that Yggdrasil had never crashed before and that is why Urd,Skuld, and Belldandy had to find a way to conserve energy. Then out of nowhere a mysterous fortuneteller appears. I really didn't understand this part but it ended up that this Fotuneteller freak tells Belldandy and Keiichi what the alterative energy source is. Moon Rock, yes moon rock, but where on earth would they get moon rock right. Well because Belldandy's powers are weak, she can't make it, so plan b went into effect. Make moon rock, a great idea that Keiichi came up with after looking through many books he had taken out from the library.

But,before he does. Keiichi goes home and finds out that Urd and Skuld had a problem. Skuld had grown up and Urd had turned into a 14 year old. Skuld goes crazy about how sexy she thinks she looks and Urd on the other hand isn't so thrilled with the idea of being a kid. Now because Skuld has grown up she need some clothes to fit her. So she borrows some from Keiichi.

Then Belldandy,Skuld, and Keiichi hi-tail-it to the Materials Lab to make some Moon Rock. Keiichi makes it by using a Draulic Press to put together Aluminum... Calcium... and Titanium... It took to sunrise until the generic moon rock stone was ready. Finally it was ready and Skuld tested it out and sure enough the blasted stuff worked. At the end of the Episode you see Urd at what looks like age 4 or so. She says to herself. "Well... At Leasht Th« Littler I get the less Booze it Takesh!"
