TORNADO AUTHORITY REPORT
&
RECONSIDER YOUR WAYS

November 6th, 2005

(NOTE: THIS WAS BIRTHED beginning Nov. 6th, through and up until posted on Nov. 9th)
I greet you with a bit of a heavy heart but a fierce determination that the ways and the
truths of the Lord will prevail.

Before getting into that....at 2:00 a.m. this day as I was sitting at my computer doing
the Lord's ministry, the winds outside my home began to churn and roar. I prayed and
kept working, the winds remaining loud and strong. I checked local weather internet sites,
nothing stood out. The Lord said, "Keep looking", and I went to the National Weather
Service site for Northern Indiana. I saw a doplar image of a massive storm front, a
huge green blob on the radar and I commanded the storm to miss us, commanding it to go
to the North and to the South. When I watched the news much later in the evening I
saw that a monstrous F3 tornado hit to the South - in Southern Indiana and in Kentucky.
I praise God for His loving protection, for truly our region has been set aside as a
safe haven, a region of refuge for the days to come.

As for the heaviness of heart, I can't believe nor can I comprehend
the level of compromise that believers are willing to live with. There are those
who are absolutely miserable because they don't hear from God yet are unwilling to
give up everything NO MATTER WHAT to spend time in His presence to hear from Him.
There are those who the Lord has spoken to over and over again, out of His deep
unfailing love for them, pleading for them to do things His way, to trust Him, and yet
they continue to make a way on their own, only to then watch "their own way" cause
them to fall into ruins (with financial nightmares, loss of employment, mega credit
card debt, etc). The depths to which BELIEVERS are willing to COMPROMISE their walk,
causing them to be out of His perfect will - I just don't understand. I don't.
Even simple things, no one seems to GET/UNDERSTAND.

Recently my upstairs neighbor decided to move, and when we were talking, she offered me
a bunch of the furniture that she did not want. A family was moved here to our region from
New Orleans who had lost everything to Hurricane Katrina. So, the Lord told me to offer
the furniture to her and her family via the church that brought her here. What she needed
was an entertainment center (which was one of the items available for free). Then, it
became this big fiasco about getting it to her, because those that I asked (under
the direction of the Lord) had previous plans over many days and NO ONE was willing to
step away from the agenda and help bless this family.

And let me interject: first, they HAVE blessed this family since day one of their
arrival, this isn't about their being unwilling to bless them. Second, the plans they
had were something they do at the beginning of the month regularly - a commitment
to do so.

What the Lord has shown me so often, however, is that NOTHING can come before our being a
blessing to another person - NOTHING - not programs, not planned events, not prayer meetings -
being His hands and feet to bless those in need is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT TO HIS HEART than
anything else we could do, even those things that are done on His behalf. That is hard
for many to hear, especially when dealing with believers who do hear from God. What
God is trying to say is, "I'd rather have you be a blessing, represent me to whoever I
send in your path than for you to "do" anything. There is not much of a willingness
universally on the part of the Western church to not only GIVE GOD EVERY SECOND OF
EVERY MOMENT OF OUR EVERY WAKING HOUR but also to ASK GOD WHAT HIS PLAN IS
FOR THOSE SECONDS. There is a huge difference between what He will permit and
what He ordains. What He ordains must always ALWAYS take precidence over what He'll allow.
Because He has said to me many times this year that EACH AND EVERYTHING WE DO THAT
IS NOT HIS PERFECT EXACT WILL IS NOT ONLY A WORK OF THE FLESH BUT is also AN IDOL.
EVEN GODLY ACTIVITIES (meetings, prayer, deliverance)....There are meetings and every
good work you could possibly imagine (on the second Wednesday of every other month etc)
that has nothing to do with His perfect plan. And when people get so wrapped in "doing
Godly things", the real heart of what Christ came here to do - WIN SOULS TO CHRIST
AND TO MEET THEIR NEEDS - is then overlooked.

I'm quite sure this will go over like a lead balloon however the Word of the Lord is the
Word of the Lord. Do you want the truth, do you want to walk in His ways with His hand
of favour on your life, or do you want to hear things that will tickle your ears
and make you feel nice and to play church and do that which you THINK He would want
you to do?

I do not ever do what I THINK He would want - I have to KNOW 100%. That's why I haven't
gone to every meeting or every prayer group. And when I HAVE gone, I can't remember
the last time I heard a fresh, anointed message that was on time and in line with the
Kingdom's time table. I've trained in theophostic deliverance and the Lord said, "Now
you know, but I want you to minister to ME." (AND I'm even called to provide healing
and deliverance on His behalf). A few months ago a brother really felt the Lord wanted
me to become part of a prayer group called "Watchmen on the Wall". I knew that this
wasn't God's will, but wanted us to pray about it together - and I can verify
that he is one who truly does hear from the Lord. The Lord told HIM (which I had
already known but it was great to have the Lord speak confirmation to someone else) that
He "didn't want works of the flesh interfering with my ministering to Him." We're
talking PRAYER in a House of Prayer, regular intercession - and Almighty God is calling
that a work of the flesh.

Who has ears to hear, let him hear!!!

So....no one was available to help me get this woman's furniture (not only bring it
down the stairs but also get it TO HER HOUSE, which is in another county). The very
next correspondence I received from them stated that they had worked it out - so that the
WOMAN WOULD HAVE TO COME PICK IT UP HERSELF!!!

Whoa. I cried. Truly. The Spirit of God was GRIEVED. We are not to
offer a blessing to someone and then say, "Oh and we're busy doing Godly things -
you'll have to go get it...." . And maybe it wasn't said like that, and maybe the woman
even VOLUNTEERED. (I've 'met her' via telephone and she loves the Lord, and it truly
sounds like something that she would do). But, friends, THAT JUST ISN'T HOW GOD DOES
THINGS! That is how the WORLD DOES THINGS!

Walking in love means anticipating each and every detail, everything from point A
to point B, to accomplish the will of the Lord. And if you're listening to God to begin with,
He'll TELL YOU EVERY DETAIL, EVERY THING FROM POINT A TO POINT B!
God had all the details worked out before He even asked me to be a blessing on
His behalf.

But what does God mean when He asks us to be a blessing? It's not only offering
something, it's doing whatever it takes to make sure that the blessing is delivered!
In this particular instance, before even offering the item, the Lord said, "OK,
daughter, I've put the thought in the woman's head upstairs to offer you furniture.
You are going to then call the ministry and let them know that you have something
for the family from New Orleans. I also want you to contact so-in-so to be My hands
and feet to deliver the blessing." In obedience, that is exactly what I did.

Let me give you another example. About 3 years ago a prophet was coming to our area and
he asked me to organize his schedule. I contacted all the churches, set up all the
times. Printed up fliers, made all the travel arrangements...nothing was left undone.
And do you know what ELSE the Lord had me do? He told me, "I want you to drive to
the house where My prophet will be sleeping - where he will be leaving from to head to
each meeting. I want you to go there, and I want you to MAP HIS ROUTE TO
EACH LOCATION including the mileage, number of stoplights, stopsigns, names
of major streets to be crossed, etc. And I did. For each location - there had
to be over 10, and the starting location was over 25 miles East of my house; some of
the locations where he was to speak were 30 plus miles from where he would be staying.
No one paid me gas mileage...there were no perks, no ANYTHING other than DOING IT
AS UNTO THE LORD. Believe me, THAT WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH!!! No one
had any idea what it took to get those routes done - then the Lord had me type them up,
print them, and make a nice orderly book out of it. No one even had any idea what
went into planning this entire visit.

BUT GOD!!!

Why? Why do all of this? Because LOVE ANTICIPATES - love asks, "Lord, if I were a
stranger in a strange place, what would I need so I wouldn't get lost?".

Walking in love means getting to that place of surrender where you don't have to think
twice about thinking twice - you see a need as the Lord points it out, you love Him
so much you're willing to do anything for Him and as unto Him, you ask Him how to accomplish
the thing start to finish, leaving no blessing unturned, and you DO IT.
It becomes part of who you are in Him.

Besides the maps, the Lord also had me buy all of his drinking water for each place he
was ministering (I wasn't even invited to half of them!), the Lord had me show up 10 minutes
before each starting time, talk to the host at that site and let them know all was as it
should be, then to sit and wait in my car just to make sure the prophet made it ok,
AND THEN the Lord had me organize women to cook meals for the prophet (including
myself cooking) and then take him the food! He (the Lord) also had me clean the house the
prophet would be staying in - top to bottom. (Did I mention the prophet asked me to go
grocery shopping for him as well?!?!)

Why? Why do all of this? Why does God go to this level of depth of caring and provision?
Because LOVE MEETS EVERY NEED WITH JOY! Because GOD CARES ABOUT
EACH AND EVERY DETAIL - because those seemingly little things represent the heart
of a loving Father toward His beloved child.

I HUMBLY tell you these things - because I tell you the truth, the only person who cared
that I did these things was JESUS! What about the prophet that the Lord had me do
these things for? He said MEAN THINGS to me about the tasks that were the most
difficult, the things the Lord had me do to truly walk in love. It was WORSE
than a rebuke really. To this day, I don't know if he ever even ASKED God why I did
what I did. But do you know what? GOD KNOWS WHY I DID WHAT I DID. And that's
all that matters, for TRULY I am not bound to the opinions of man. I ONLY care
about what My Lord and My God want me to do, and then what He has to say about
it after I have been obedient to Him. HE is my reward...what else could possibly
matter? What is greater than pleasing the heart of Almighty God?!?!

What about you?
Do you want to be a blessing to God?
Do you REALLY want to be His hands and His feet?

After this recent fiasco with the furniture, the Lord said,
"One of the blemishes on the Bride's gown is her unwillingness to walk in love."

The other thing that the Lord said is that people always say,
"Well, if God wants it to happen it'll happen...He'll work it out."
DO YOU KNOW HOW GOD "MAKES IT HAPPEN"?
He reveals to us that there is something out there that He needs done. He tells US
ABOUT IT. And then He tells us what to do about it...who to contact, every tiny detail.

Let me repeat:
WHEN HE TELLS US ABOUT IT HE THEN EXPECTS US TO DO IT!!!

Can you hear Him?
Do you REALLY want to be His hands and His feet?

Does everything that God wants to happen always happen?

NO!!!

'Really? But He's God. Are you trying to tell me that what God wants God doesn't get?'

Hmmmmm....did God want to lose fellowship with His creation in the garden of Eden? Did
He want to have a veil between us and Him? Did God WANT to destroy Israel after
doing all He did to deliver them out the of bondage of Egypt? Good grief, read the Bible!
Of course God doesn't always get what He wants when He wants it. HE didn't tell them to
eat the apple and disobey. He didn't tell Israel to moan and complain and throw His
blessings back in His face.

Does that mean God isn't really God - all powerful, omniscient?
OF COURSE NOT!
HE IS GOD - in fact He is so very MUCH God that He knew before He spoke anything
into creation what things would go as He ordained, what things would not, and what would
have to happen to make all things as He has commanded!

Just as God didn't want this woman from New Orleans to have to come all this way to
pick up her own blessing - He ORDAINED for certain others to come and deliver it to her.
Was THIS God's plan? NO.
What God wanted isn't going to happen.
Why did it fail?
Who mars God's plans???

MAN. FLESH. AGENDA's. PRIDE. BEING BUSY - BUT NOT BEING ABOUT
THE FATHER'S ORDAINED BUSINESS!

The woman will still get the furniture that God ordained because He asked someone that
He can trust to at least get it for her. And again I say this with all humility because truly
it is an honor to serve My Lord, and an honor to be a blessing on His behalf.

The "change" was that she won't RECEIVE IT in the way that He ordained. But He is still
God and that WAS His plan. The consequence of people NOT doing things God's way is
judgment. Because there is ALWAYS a consequence for not obeying God...no matter
how big or how small that thing He commands us to do is.....He expects us to do it.

In THIS case, she will still be blessed. But I know of many MANY instances where God
has ordained people to do things, or to give money, or to give time, or to give items,
and the people DID WITHOUT. Seriously, do you really think that all the starving,
hungry, needy people in America not to mention the World are ordained of God to be
that way? Do thousands upon millions not die of starvation annually due to the hardness
of the hearts of His church? Because it's truly not the unsaved world's responsibility
to respond -it is His church - we are to be His example. And please don't say that His
Church can't afford all that - interesting how the news media is full of stories of
mega churches with malls and shopping centers, not to mention thousands of members.
Do you REALLY think God only meant that 10% of your income is His and the
rest is YOURS??? Do you think you own that house? That car? That food?
That savings account?

I tell you the truth, on behalf of His Glorious Kingdom, you own absolutely nothing.
NOTHING. If you have something in your possession, it belongs to God. You are to
ask Him what you are to do with it (including 100% of your income/finances).

Fall on the Rock now, Church. Because if it falls on you (out of His unfailing
love)....if you keep what is His, He WILL take things away from YOU.

God makes a way when He shows US things, has us get involved, speaks to us about who
to contact....that is how God makes things happen - we are to be His hands and His feet.
The Body's ability to walk in love means that we are always to be ready to go where He
wants us to go - even at a moments notice. We aren't allowed to have plans; they are
to be His plans. The Lord never wanted the woman from New Orleans, who is to be blessed
for a season, to come and pick up her own blessing. My neighbor who is offering the
entertainment center (and not a Christian as far as I know), even thought it was horrible
that this woman would have to make her own arrangements to pick up the entertain-
ment center. My children and all of their friends that I used to take to church
(starting in 2000 but no longer) have always said that people in the world are more caring
and more giving than people in the church. (In fact, when all the kids God asked me
to take to church then saw how the people in church acted? NOT ONE OF THEM RETURNED.
TO THIS DAY.)(And I STILL claim them in JESUS MIGHTY NAME for HIS GLORY). A young prophet at a
local ministry was so right on last Tuesday night when he spoke in tears about how
the church is just doing things according to how the world thinks the church is supposed
to do things, instead of how God wants things to be done (I will try to get and share
that brief but powerful message with you).

I am God's friend. It is my #1 priority, my life's breath, to do all things as He would
have them done. But when I share these things with other Christians, they say,
"Well, that's not what I heard" or they are unwilling to do it the way that He has spoken.
Lester Sumrall, powerful Godly man who is now home with Jesus, also had an amazing
ability to hear from the Lord. He'd call big-time pastors and ask them to come and do
this or that and they'd say, "I'll pray about it". Lester would reply, "You don't have
to I already did and the Lord said this is what He wants". The mistake is that everyone
thinks they are supposed to hear personally - and they ARE to hear personally -but also
part of discernment, part of truly HEARING is in recognizing the Voice that God
chooses to send/to bring you His message! And when He sends the prophet to relay
something on His behalf? We are to receive that prophet as a Messenger from
Almighty God.

Remember please: God wants us to do all things His way. Unfortunately, this doesn't
always happen. I even believe that it seldom happens. But even when something
doesn't come about the way the Lord ORDAINED, that doesn't mean that God didn't
ordain it. It means that man and their agendas, plans, etc., don't coincide with what
God wants done and when. Again, everything God wants to happen doesn't happen.
Why? Because He's dealing with man.

But truly I prophesy to you that there are those who are hidden, and some who are barely
known, who will only always do things His way, never their own. If we ARE to be that
Bride without spot or wrinkle, then He will SUCCEED and will have a army of Godly soldiers
who will do all things for Him and only in His way and His timing.

As for me, I have dedicated my life to being one of those people who the Lord can depend
upon in all things, at all times.

And perhaps the prayer would seem to be that we should all get into agreement
that the Lord would make ME so wealthy in finances and worldly possessions, that anything
He wants done would just get done. I say this tongue in cheek but also with great
humility because truly I AM DEDICATED TO BEING ONE HE CAN TRUST AND
RELY ON, and the things He ordained would indeed get accomplished. But then
that would get the rest of the Body off the hook and not only rob them of an
opportunity to be a blessing to others, but also keep them from surrendering and
being obedient and submitting to God to the nth degree....that would keep them from
nailing their ministries and goals and dreams and plans and agendas and time and
money to the cross.

And it's all about the crucifixion.

So I come to you and say IN LOVE: reconsider your ways, brethren. Think about what
would be a blessing to YOU from start to finish. Then even greater, think about that
thing in the context of being a blessing to God and doing all that God ordained to
make that thing a blessing indeed. God IS going to have His way when it comes to the poor,
the needy, the widows, the orphans. He is going to have a GENEROUS BRIDE...especially
if she wants to wear the beautiful gown He demands upon His return. You can have all
of the things about your life in God's perfect will - hearing, surrender, worship, prayer -
but IF YOU HAVE NOT LOVE, if you WALK NOT IN HIS WAYS....it's all worthless,
it's all meaningless. And you'll never make it into the Kingdom if you don't know Him
and all of His ways...because that's what it says in His Word.

Oh, and one final word: from the depths of my soul I beg of you, plead with you
on behalf of God's Glory, God's Goodness, God's Never-ending Love, PLEASE PLEASE
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OLD EXPIRED FOOD, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE
WORN, TORN, STINKY, SMELLY, STAINED CLOTHING
TO THOSE IN NEED. NOT EVEN BROKEN CARS THAT
DON'T RUN - come on, Church!!! Don't say, "God wants me to bless you with grocieries,
then NOT GIVE THEM THE MONEY, instead insisting on taking them. WHY WOULD YOU
do that?!?! If God said BLESS THEM, just GIVE IT TO THEM on His behalf!!!
God gave us HIS BEST: HE GAVE US JESUS CHRIST.
How can we do less? Those in need don't deserve garbage.
BLESS THEM.
To offer anything less than the best is an afront to His nature.
