This entire writing is that which the Lord gave me - the extensive word that was birthed from the following prophetic dream in 2004 - THIS DAY (January 3rd, 2007) HE IS ALLOWING ME TO RELEASE IT. He has had me listening to and watching other preachers over the past two years since this word was birthed, and they have spoken around these things but it was given unto ME on HIS BEHALF to be THE MESSENGER who released this, the entire truth.

THIS IS THE HOUR BRETHREN - 2007 - for this word to be released...

WITH LIBERTY & JUSTICE FOR ALL:
GOD’S JUSTICE WILL REIGN

DREAM & WORD
Received By His Messenger
April 22nd, 2004

RELEASED: January 3rd, 2006
8:00 P.M.

The Lord gave me a dream:

There was a war. It was one team against the other and they would not stop until the very last man was gone or standing.

We got a call at my house (in the dream) - my son Joshua answered. He hung up the phone and said, ‘That was Justice - he’s the last man standing. All of his men are gone - the enemy is closing in and he wants us to pray that he survives.”

If you have seen “The Passion of the Christ”, that is what the scene in my dream looked like - blue and misty looking. I could see hills - it was a distance scene - smoke wafting upwards from bomb blasts, loud explosions and bright flashes of light from mortar fire. I could see Justice in my Spirit - it was getting dark, again the mortar fire flashing all around - Justice was surrounded by the enemy, dead bodies - those who had fought the good fight with him - strewn about for miles.

I hurried downstairs to Justice’s father - down some steps into a big lighted room - and I relayed the news through tears, because Justice’s brother was also on that team. I said, “Come on - we have to pray” and I grasped the father’s big, warm, meaty hand and began to pray. It was hard to hold onto his hand because it was limp -without hope - I just kept grasping it saying, “We must keep the faith, we must believe”.

Then, I went running toward where the war was - and there on the street, by a building, waiting anxiously, was Justice’s brother - Liberty. (I did not immediately know that his name was Liberty…Holy Spirit revealed this to me as He asked, “What is Justice’s name?” As I was thinking He spoke, “…with Liberty and Justice for all”.) I cried out and Liberty ran to me - I told him his entire regiment was dead, but that Justice was the last one standing. He rushed into my arms and we clung to each other - he was scared, sweaty, lean, but strong. I began to pray and speak words of encouragement; he said, “No one has ever prayed with me before…”, so we kept praying and he was strengthened.

The scene changed - fancy people (dressed more modern) were coming into a parlor. We (Liberty and I) were dressed in what looked like pioneer clothing - I had on a long skirt and a plain blouse; Liberty was wearing a khaki shirt and had on dark, old-fashioned pants - revolutionary war era sort of pants. As these people arrived (one was Brad Pitt --- ???) they all sat down. I was trying to tell them what had happened but a really loud person spoke over me of worldly things - I leaned closer to the woman next to Brad - I was trying to shout to her to HANG ON - to AGREE IN PRAYER, that JUSTICE WOULD SURVIVE and that the rules were the last one standing got to survive - and I had a deep sense of anticipation that Justice had made it - that Justice was COMING, that we URGENTLY needed to pray for him…

And then, in the natural, my telephone rang and woke me up…..

The Lord began giving me His lengthy interpretation.

First, the dictionary definitions:

JUSTICE = just conduct, fair dealing, being just, fairness, rightness, well-founded reason, rightfulness, lawfulness, just treatment, deserved reward or punishment, administration of law, trial and judgment by process of law, a judge.

LIBERTY = condition of being free, freedom, independence. (My prophetic dictionary offered the following sentence in example: “The American colonies won their liberty”). This was prophetic - and Holy Spirit then revealed to me - confirmed - that the father was America. I wondered who the woman was - at first I asked, “Wisdom”? - in my Spirit. Holy Spirit said “No…she is the Bride”. She was tall, confident, poised, proud (?), definitely statuesque (said Holy Spirit)(which means: like a statue in dignity, formal grace, or classic beauty) - she was clothed in a shimmering (chiffon?) sea-green gown that she wore effortlessly - very elegant-looking. The dress was short with a long ‘thing’ that her arms fit through - like a floor length vest perhaps or cape with no sleeves - it was the most beautiful sea green with diamonds sparkling throughout and it flowed, almost liquid in appearance. (Holy Spirit said it was the color green that was around the throne in the Book of Revelation).

(NOTE: As I sit here and type this for the first time - April 4th, 2006 at 4:40 p.m. Holy Spirit just showed me in my Spirit a picture image that He has had me posting to people on MySpace in encouragement of their preparation as Bride for the return of Jesus Christ - the color of her gown is the color in the dream):

As she sat there, I leaned toward her to express the need for prayer for Justice - she leaned barely - more not at all - and looked slightly troubled - Holy Spirit said the word “perturbed” and told me to look it up (again in the prophetic dictionary). The definition of perturbed didn’t seem to fit - she was more annoyed-looking. But then Holy Spirit said, “Look up higher on the page”…and there was the picture that spoke volumes.

(When I first saw her in her green dress I didn’t recognize her - it was because at first she was revealed WITHOUT A HEAD (prophetic). Then when her head and face were finally revealed her face was stoic - “person who remains calm and self-controlled and appears to be indifferent”)

This is the picture Holy Spirit wanted me to see by having me look up “perturbed”:

I shall reveal it to you as He revealed it unto me. In the natural it visualizes Uncle Sam, Cupid, Justice (!), and Father Time.

For His purposes the Lord revealed:

Cupid represents love - love is aiming right at the Bride.

Justice (in this case - picture of woman with scales) is the picture of the Bride in her shimmering green dress - she is holding the sword of the Lord in her right hand, however the sword is pointing DOWN - she is not on the defensive, not in a position ready for battle - at this point His sword is more of a symbol/symbolic to her - but she is NOT warring for the things of the Lord. Also she is not fully wearing her robe of righteousness…it is hanging recklessly off of her shoulder/upper arm. She is proudly holding the scales of Justice in her hand but as you will see she is BLINDFOLDED and therefore blinded to Justice’s plight, fight and need for prayer. The Bride is also facing the prophet trying to “look” right - but again she is blindfolded and cannot see. The blindfold also covers up her ears = SHE CANNOT HEAR - she has NO SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING - SPIRITUALLY DEAF AND BLIND. And finally you will notice that the Bride also has her back turned on America (as symbolized by Uncle Sam).

Father Time’s likeness represents the end time prophet. The prophet has his eyes looking up at His Father in heaven - his eyes are steadfast on the things of the Kingdom. In his hand, the sickle stands for JUDGMENT.

The other thing that was interesting was the imagery of Brad Pitt. When the Bride walked into the prayer parlour, her arm wrapped through Brad’s arm, I knew right away in my Spirit that the most obvious interpretation was that the Bride was in the arms of the world - Brad, Hollywood ‘superstar’ according to the world, representing the world, fame, wealth, ungodly power, actor, icon = idol and often the recipient of idol worship. But it was more than that. At the time of the dream Brad had a movie coming out called “Troy”. I studied all things pertaining to Troy, the Trojan War, Asia Minor. Asia Minor is the peninsula of SW Asia between the Black Sea and Mediterranean Sea, including most of modern day Turkey. It geographically symbolized the point where “East meets West”. Crete is also part of this region. In the New Testament Paul’s voyage followed a route south of Crete. The character of the people of Crete was described in a quotation from a prophet of their own: “Cretians are always liars, evil beasts, slow bellies” (Titus 1:12). These words were attributed to the Cretan seer Epimenides, who was also credited with having advised the Athenians to set up altars to unknown gods (compare Acts 17:23). But then Holy Spirit then had me search the web to find the movie “Troy’s” website. Some of the taglines that jumped out were: “For honor…for victory…for love…for destiny…for passion.” The story involves Achilles, considered the greatest hero among the Greeks. The story was about a WOMAN STOLEN FROM HER HUSBAND (ie THE BRIDEGROOM)…setting two nations at war with each other - bloody siege..the war devastates a civilization. Achilles (anti-christ, satan, world, flesh), who steals the Bride, is arrogant, rebellious, and seemingly invincible. He has no allegiance to anyone or anything, save his own glory. He has an insatiable hunger for eternal renown. “Two worlds (God’s good vs. satan’s evil) will go to war for honor and power. Thousands will fall in pursuit of glory. And for love, a nation will burn to the ground.”

Amazing.

DEFINITIONS:

JUSTICE: The order God seeks to reestablish in His creation where all people receive the benefits of life with Him. As love is for the New Testament so justice is the central ethical idea of the Old Testament. The frequency of justice is oftentimes missed by the reader due to a failure to recognize the wide range of the Hebrew word ‘mishpat’, especially in passages that deal with the material and social necessities of life.

THE NATURE OF JUSTICE:
Just has two major parts. First, it is the standard by which penalties are assigned for breaking the obligations of society. BUT the second is that which the Lord is speaking of in this amazing word: JUSTICE is the standard by which the advantages of social life are handed out, including material goods, rights of participation, opportunities and LIBERTIES. It is the standard for both punishment AND benefits, and thus can be spoken of as the plumb line. “I shall use justice as a plumb-line, and righteousness as a plummet” (Isaiah 28:17 REB)

DEFINITION of PLUMB LINE:
Line with a plumb at the end, used to find the depth of water or to see if a wall is vertical; a cord with a weight (usually metal or stone) attached to one end. The plumb line would be dangled beside a wall during its construction to assure vertical accuracy. Prophets spoke of the measurement God would use on the nation (Isaiah 28:17; Amos 7:7-80. Israel had been build straight but because it was out of line, it would be destroyed.

Amos had 5 visions; the third vision was the plumb line : God holds in His hand a plumb line to measure Israel. In Amos’ first two visions catastrophies are in the world of nature. In this vision, Israel’s national life is held in judgment. The plumb line shows how far Israel has departed from God. This judgment according to God’s righteousness is inevitable and Amos realizes his intercession for this judgment is HOPELESS (7:8)

AMOS 7:7-9
7 Thus he shewed me: and, behold, the Lord stood upon a wall made by a plumb line, with a plumb line in his hand
8 And the Lord said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumb line Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumb line in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:
9 And the high places of Isaac shall be desolate, and the sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waist; and I will rise against the house of Jeroboam with the sword.

Brown’s Bible Commentary says: The vision itself is found in Amos 7:7-9. Judgment has been averted twice through the prophet’s intercession in behalf of his people. ‘Behold the Lord stood…with a plumb line in his hand…’ The third vision of the Lord with a plumb line in His hand lets the prophet know that all hope for Israel has been exhausted, and justment MUST COME. The purpose of the plumb line is to demonstrate how far Israel has strayed from God’s righteousness and that it must be destroyed. The 10 northern tribes are addressed by the name Isaac (v 9a) but the parallel structure leaves no doubt as to who is intended (vs. 9b) Israel’s places of idol worship (high places, sanctuaries) will be destroyed, together with the kingly lines (house of Jeroboam) that led Israel into its spiritual defection (I Kings 12:25)

WHY IS HE SPEAKING OF THE PLUMB LINE HERE? BECAUSE THE CHURCH’S JUSTICE TOWARD THE NEEDY IS THE PLUMB LINE FOR HIS RETURN: TO REMAIN IN A LIFESTYLE OF INJUSTICE SHALL KEEP THE BRIDE WRINKLED WITH SPOT AND BLEMISH. TO BE MADE SPOT-FREE AND WRINKLE-FREE HIS TRUE BRIDE SHALL NO LONGER NEGLECT THOSE IN NEED. NOT EVER.

CONTINUING WITH MORE ON HIS “JUSTICE”…

Often people think of Justice in the Bible only in the first sense as God’s wrath upon evil. This aspect of justice indeed is present, such as the judgment mentioned in John 3:19 (“And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil”). Often more vivid words like “wrath” are used to describe punitive justice:

Romans 1:18: “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;”

(hold = hold back)

As I continued to study this out the Lord sends me into my Bible to check the mentioned Romans 1:18 - in the border I had written “FAITH - righteousness of God, Life” -

if you go back to the picture of the Bride in the robe of righteousness just hanging, slipping off - He said her faith is slipping and without faith SHE HAS NO LIFE.

Justice in the Bible very frequently also deals with benefits. Cultures differ widely in determining the basis by which the benefits are to be distributed justly. For some it is by birth and nobility. For others, the basis is might or ability or merit. Or, it might simply be whatever the law or whatever has been established by contracts. BUT there is another part, as portrayed by God’s word: benefits are distributed according to NEED.

JUSTICE THEN IS VERY CLOSE TO LOVE AND GRACE.

God “executes justice for the orphan and the widow, and …loves the strangers, providing them food and clothing” (Deuteronomy 10:18 NRSV; compare to Hosea 10:12; Isaiah 30:18)

Hosea 10:12: Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground; for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

Isaiah 30:18: And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore he will be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you; for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

Various needy groups are the recipients of justice. These groups include widows, orphans, resident aliens (also called “sojourners” or “strangers”), wage earners, the poor, prisoners, slaves, and the sick (Job 29:12-17; Psalm 146:7-9; Malachii 3:5):

Job 29:12-17 (King James Version)
12 Because I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him.
13 The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me: and I caused the widow's heart to sing for joy.
14 I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment was as a robe and a diadem.
15 I was eyes to the blind, and feet was I to the lame.
16 I was a father to the poor: and the cause which I knew not I searched out.
17 And I brake the jaws of the wicked, and plucked the spoil out of his teeth.

Psalm 146:7-9 (King James Version)
7 Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:
8 The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
9 The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

Malachi 3:5 (King James Version)
And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.

Each of these groups has specific needs which keep its members from being able to participate in aspects of their life and community. Even life itself might be threatened.

THE POOR, THE WIDOW, THE ORPHAN

The Lord would have me focus for a moment on the poor, the widow, the orphan. These three groups are considered the lower social classes in need of legal protection from the rich and powerful who abuse them

Job 24:3-4(KJV)
3 They drive away the ass of the fatherless, they take the widow’s ox for a pledge
4 They turn the needy out of the way: the poor of the earth hide themselves together.

POOR:
The words used to describe the poor have meanings including “dependent, needy, weak, humble”. The contexts in which these words are used suggests that the poor were those who had been wrongfully oppressed and impoverished

Job 24:14(KJV)
The murderer rising with the light killeth the poor and needy, and in the night is as a thief

Job 29:12 (KJV)
Because I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him.

Psalm 10:9 (KJV) He lieth in wait secretly as a lion in his den; he lieth in wait to catch the poor: he doth catch the poor, when he draweth him into his net.

Isaiah 3:14 (KJV)
The Lord will enter into judgment with the ancients of his people, and the princes thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses.

It has also indicated those who begged for food:

Deuteronomy 15:7-11 (KJV)
7 If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
8 But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.
9 Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thinke eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the Lord against thee, and it be sin unto thee.
10 Thou shalt surely give him, and thinke heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him; because that for this thing the Lord thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest think hand unto.
11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

Job 31:16-21 (KJV)
16 If I have withheld the poor from their desire, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail;
17 Or have eaten my morsel myself alone, and the fatherless hath not eaten thereof;
18 (For from my youth he was brought up with me, as with a father, and I have guided her from my mother's womb;)
19 If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;
20 If his loins have not blessed me, and if he were not warmed with the fleece of my sheep;
21 If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, when I saw my help in the gate:

2 Samuel 12:1-4 (KJV)
1 And the LORD sent Nathan unto David. And he came unto him, and said unto him, There were two men in one city; the one rich, and the other poor.
2 The rich man had exceeding many flocks and herds:
3 But the poor man had nothing, save one little ewe lamb, which he had bought and nourished up: and it grew up together with him, and with his children; it did eat of his own meat, and drank of his own cup, and lay in his bosom, and was unto him as a daughter.
4 And there came a traveller unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him.

Proverbs 14:20 (KJV)
The poor is hated even of his own neighbour: but the rich hath many friends.

Ecclesiastes 9:13-18 (KJV)
13 This wisdom have I seen also under the sun, and it seemed great unto me:
14 There was a little city, and few men within it; and there came a great king against it, and besieged it, and built great bulwarks against it:
15 Now there was found in it a poor wise man, and he by his wisdom delivered the city; yet no man remembered that same poor man.
16 Then said I, Wisdom is better than strength: nevertheless the poor man's wisdom is despised, and his words are not heard.
17 The words of wise men are heard in quiet more than the cry of him that ruleth among fools.
18 Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroyeth much good.

IDEALLY IT WOULD SEEM THERE SHOULD BE NO POOR PEOPLE among the covenant people of God because of the blessings of God and the expected generosity of His people toward those in need:

Deuteronomy 15:7-11 (KJV)
7 If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
8 But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.
9 Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee.
10 Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.
11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

However if you CATCH THE WORD OF THE LORD - that says THE POOR SHALL NEVER CEASE OUT OF THE LAND - THEREFORE - THEREFORE - THEREFORE - I COMMAND THEE SAYING - THOU SHALT OPEN THINE HAND WIDE UNTO THY BROTHER, TO THY POOR AND TO THY NEEDY IN THY LAND… WHY???? BECAUSE IF YOU DO NOT YOUR HEART SHALL BE GRIEVED - IF YOU DO YOUR HEART SHALL NOT BE GRIEVED - BECAUSE IF YOU DO GOD HIMSELF SAYS THAT HE SHALL BLESS THEE IN ALL THY WORKS AND IN ALL THAT YOU PUT YOUR HAND UNTO FOR HIS GLORY. Do not think for one moment because He says “The poor shall never cease out of the land” is your cue to NOT HELP THE NEEDY BECAUSE GOD SAYS THEY SHALL ALWAYS BE HERE. "Thou HYPOCRITS, THOU VAIN AND SELFISH PEOPLE - I HAVE PUT THEM HERE TO BE YOUR BLESSING - YOUR HEART TOWARD THEM DETERMINES YOUR HEART TOWARDS ME" SAITH THE LORD.

It is the worldly year 2007 - CAN YOU CATCH THIS REVELATION FINALLY SAINTS?

JUSTICE INVOLVES MEETING THEIR NEEDS. - GOD’S JUSTICE INVOLVES YOU MEETING THESE NEEDS AND HIS MEETING YOUR NEEDS.

The forces which deprive people of that which is basic for community life are condemned as oppression (Micah 2:2, Ecclesiastes 4:1):

Micah 2:2 (King James Version)
And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.

Ecclesiastes 4:1 (King James Version)
So I returned, and considered all the oppressions that are done under the sun: and behold the tears of such as were oppressed, and they had no comforter; and on the side of their oppressors there was power; but they had no comforter.

(see Mark 12:40):

Mark 12:40 (King James Version)
Which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.

TO DO JUSTICE IS TO CORRECT THAT ABUSE AND TO MEET THOSE NEEDS:

Isaiah 1:17 (KJV)
Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

INJUSTICE is depriving others of their basic needs OR FAILING TO CORRECT MATTERS WHEN THOSE RIGHTS ARE NOT MET:

Job 29:12-17 (KJV):
12 Because I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him.
13 The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me: and I caused the widow's heart to sing for joy.
14 I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment was as a robe and a diadem.
15 I was eyes to the blind, and feet was I to the lame.
16 I was a father to the poor: and the cause which I knew not I searched out.
17 And I brake the jaws of the wicked, and plucked the spoil out of his teeth.

JEREMIAH 5:28 (KJV):
They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.

INJUSTICE CAN BE EITHER A SIN OF COMISSION OR OF OMISSION - WHICH MEANS IT IS ALSO INJUSTICE TO OPPRESS THOSE IN NEED WHEN YOU SIMPLY CHOSE NOT TO - THINKING THAT WHICH YOU HAVE IN YOUR HAND IS ONLY YOURS AND NOT 100 PERCENT GODS - THAT YOU ARE TO BE HIS CHANNEL OF BLESSING…FOR IN NOT BLESING YOU BECOME THE OPPRESSOR

The content of justice, the benefits which are to be distributed as basic rights in the community, can be identified by observing what is at stake in the passages in which “justice” “righteousness” and “judgment” occur.

(AND ALL THESE ARE VISUALIZED IN THAT PICTURE!)

The needs which are met include:

LAND:

Ezekiel 45:6-9 (KJV):
6 And ye shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand broad, and five and twenty thousand long, over against the oblation of the holy portion: it shall be for the whole house of Israel.
7 And a portion shall be for the prince on the one side and on the other side of the oblation of the holy portion, and of the possession of the city, before the oblation of the holy portion, and before the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward: and the length shall be over against one of the portions, from the west border unto the east border.
8 In the land shall be his possession in Israel: and my princes shall no more oppress my people; and the rest of the land shall they give to the house of Israel according to their tribes.
9T hus saith the Lord GOD; Let it suffice you, O princes of Israel: remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice, take away your exactions from my people, saith the Lord GOD.

(the Lord then told me to look at verse 10: “Ye shall have just balances and a just ephah, and a just bath.” - REMEMBER - the “Bride” in the image WAS HOLDING BALANCES IN HER HAND)

Compare Micah 2:2 (KJV):
And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.

And Micah 4:4 (KJV):
But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it.

And the means to produce from the land, such as draft animals and millstones (Deuteronomy 22:1-4; Deuteronomy 24:6)

Deuteronomy 22:1-4(KJV):
1 Thou shalt not see thy brother's ox or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy brother.
2 And if thy brother be not nigh unto thee, or if thou know him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.
3 In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother's, which he hath lost, and thou hast found, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself.
4 Thou shalt not see thy brother's ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again.

Deuteronomy 24:6 (KJV):
No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man's life to pledge.

These productive concerns are basic to securing other essential needs and thus avoiding dependency; thus the millstone is called the “life” of the person (Deuteronomy 4:26)

OTHER NEEDS are those essential for physical existence and well-being:

FOOD:

Deuteronomy 10:18 (KJV):
He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.

(DO YOU YET SEE, BRETHREN?)

And Psalm 146:7 (KJV):
Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

CLOTHING:

Deuteronomy 24:13 (KJV):
In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.

WHEN YOU CLOTHE PEOPLE “IT SHALL BE RIGHTEOUSNESS UNTO THEE BEFORE THE LORD THY GOD” --- IS IT ANY WONDER THE BRIDE IS STILL BLEMISHED?

SHELTER:

Psalm 68:6 (KJV):
God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

AND

Job 8:6 (KJV):
If thou wert pure and upright; surely now he would awake for thee, and make the habitation of thy righteousness prosperous.

Job 22:5-9, 23 and Job 24:1-12

DECRIES THE INJUSTICE OF DEPRIVING PEOPLE OF EACH OF THESE NEEDS

, WHICH ARE MATERIAL AND ECONOMIC:

Job 22:5-9, 23 (KJV):
5 Is not thy wickedness great? and thine iniquities infinite?
6 For thou hast taken a pledge from thy brother for nought, and stripped the naked of their clothing.
7 Thou hast not given water to the weary to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.
8 But as for the mighty man, he had the earth; and the honourable man dwelt in it.
9 Thou hast sent widows away empty, and the arms of the fatherless have been broken
23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

TO TAKE CARE OF THE WIDOWS, THE ORPHANS, THE NEEDY IS TO PUT AWAY INIQUITY AND RETURN TO GOD! YOU ARE NOT CLOSE TO GOD IF YOU DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THOSE HE TELLS YOU TO TAKE CARE OF! The LORD says THE MAJORITY OF YOU NEVER EVEN ASK who He would have you to bless!

Job 24:1-12 (KJV):
1 Why, seeing times are not hidden from the Almighty, do they that know him not see his days?
2 Some remove the landmarks; they violently take away flocks, and feed thereof.
3 They drive away the ass of the fatherless, they take the widow's ox for a pledge.
4 They turn the needy out of the way: the poor of the earth hide themselves together.
5 Behold, as wild asses in the desert, go they forth to their work; rising betimes for a prey: the wilderness yieldeth food for them and for their children.
6 They reap every one his corn in the field: and they gather the vintage of the wicked.
7 They cause the naked to lodge without clothing, that they have no covering in the cold.
8 They are wet with the showers of the mountains, and embrace the rock for want of a shelter.
9 They pluck the fatherless from the breast, and take a pledge of the poor.
10 They cause him to go naked without clothing, and they take away the sheaf from the hungry;
11 Which make oil within their walls, and tread their winepresses, and suffer thirst.
12 Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded crieth out: yet God layeth not folly to them.

HEAR O SAINTS THE WORD OF THE LORD: “THE SOULS OF THE WOUNDED CRIETH OUT AND YOUR ARE BLIND AND DEAF TO THEIR CRIES!”

The equal protection of each person in civil and judicial procedures is represented in the demand for due process:

Deuteronomy 16:18-20 (KJV):
18 Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.
19 Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.
20 That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

FREEDOM FROM BONDAGE IS COMPARABLE TO NOT BEING ‘IN HUNGER AND THIRST, IN NAKEDNESS, AND LACK OF EVERYTHING!’ (Deut 28:48 NRSV)

Justice presupposed God’s intention for people to be in community. When people had become poor and weak with respect to the rest of the community, THEY WERE TO BE STRENGTHENED! So that they could continue to be effective members of that community - living with them and beside them

Leviticus 25:35-36 (KJV):
35 And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.
36 Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

Thus BIBLICAL JUSTICE RESTORES PEOPLE TO COMMUNITY.

BY JUSTICE THOSE WHO LACKED THE POWER AND RESOURCES TO PARTICIPATE IN SIGNIFICANT ASPECTS OF THE COMMUNITY WERE TO BE STRENGTHENED SO THAT THEY COULD!

This that is spoken of in Leviticus 25 is illustrated by the provision of the year of Jubilee, in which at the end of the fifty year period, land is restored to those who had lost it through sale or foreclosure of debts (vs. 28). Thus they regained economic power and were brought back into the economic community. Similarly, interest on loans WAS PROHIBITED (vs. 36) as a process which pulled people down, endangering their position in the community.

All of these legal provisions are cited because they further express the characteristics of justice:

JUSTICE does not merely relieve the immediate needs of those in dire straights - justice DELIVERS THEM COMPLETELY!

Psalm 79:9 (KJV):
Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name; and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name’s sake.

Isaiah 45:8 (KJV):
Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.

Isaiah 48:11 (KJV):
And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

Isaiah 62:1-2 (KJV):
For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth. And the Gentile shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.

HELPING THE NEEDY MEANS SETTING THEM BACK TO THEIR FEET, GIVING THEM A HOME, MONEY, LEADING THEM TO PROSPERITY, RESTORATION, ENDING THEIR OPPRESSION.

MANY HAVE TAKEN PART OF THIS WORD AND USED IT IN A DIFFERENT WAY BUT THIS IS THE WORD OF THE LORD FOR 2007 AND BEYOND - THE WAY THAT THOSE WHO CLAIM TO BE HIS USE HIS MONEY - RESTORING THOSE IN NEED AND TAKING CARE OF THEM - THIS IS HIS PLUMB LINE. THERE IS NO WAY THAT HIS BRIDE WILL EVER BE WITHOUT SPOT OR WRINKLE FOR HIS GLORIOUS APPEARING UNTIL THIS MONEY ISSUE IS DEALT WITH ONCE AND FOR ALL. IT WAS A MONEY ISSUE (AND A LIE ABOUT SAME) THAT WAS THE CHURCH’S FIRST SIN. HOW HAS THE LORD RESTRAINED HIMSELF AND HIS ANGER TOWARD ALL WHO HAVE DEALT HARSHLY AND IGNORED THOSE IN NEED, EVEN HIS OWN WHO ARE CALLED TO MINISTER UNTO HIM NIGHT AND DAY WITHOUT PAY YET YOU DO NOT HEED, YOU DO NOT HONOR THAT WHICH HE HAS ORDAINED FOR THEM TO DO.

THIS IS THE LAST-DAYS PLUMB LINE - TRUE JUSTICE AS ORDAINED BY ALMIGHTY GOD.

HEAR THE WORD OF THE LORD YET AGAIN: HELPING THE NEEDY MEANS SETTING THEM BACK TO THEIR FEET, GIVING THEM A HOME, LEADING THEM TO PROSPERITY, RESTORATION, ENDING THEIR OPPRESSION.

Psalm 68:5-10 (KJV):
5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
6 God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
7 O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:
8 The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
9 Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.
10 Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.

(compare to)

Psalm 107 (KJV):
1 O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
3 And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
4 They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.
5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.
6 Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.
7 And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
8 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
9 For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.
10 Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron;
11 Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the most High:
12 Therefore he brought down their heart with labour; they fell down, and there was none to help.
13 Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.
14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder.
15 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
16 For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder.
17 Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.
18 Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death.
19 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses.
20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
21 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
22 And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.
23 They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters; 24 These see the works of the LORD, and his wonders in the deep.
25 For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof.
26 They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.
27 They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wit's end.
28 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.
29 He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.
30 Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven.
31 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
32 Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.
33 He turneth rivers into a wilderness, and the watersprings into dry ground;
34 A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein.
35 He turneth the wilderness into a standing water, and dry ground into watersprings.
36 And there he maketh the hungry to dwell, that they may prepare a city for habitation;
37 And sow the fields, and plant vineyards, which may yield fruits of increase.
38 He blesseth them also, so that they are multiplied greatly; and suffereth not their cattle to decrease.
39 Again, they are minished and brought low through oppression, affliction, and sorrow.
40 He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, where there is no way.
41 Yet setteth he the poor on high from affliction, and maketh him families like a flock.
42 The righteous shall see it, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth.
43 Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the LORD.

Psalm 113:7-9 (KJV):
7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;
8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.

Such thorough justice provides for God’s PERFECT WILL for all. In the Jubilee year as some received back lands, others LOSE recently-acquired additional land. The advantage to some will be the disadvantage to others. In other cases, the two aspects of justice will come together. In His divine restoration, those who have been faithful shall reap and gain; the exploiters, justice shall punish.

1 Samuel 2:7-10 (KJV):
7 The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD's, and he hath set the world upon them.
9 He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
10 The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.

LUKE 1:51-53 (KJV):
51 He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
52 He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree.
53 He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.

LUKE 6:20-26 (KJV):
20 And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
21 Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh.
22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
24 But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.
25 Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep.
26 Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

THE SOURCE OF JUSTICE

As the sovereign Creator of the universe, God is JUST

Psalm 99:1-4 (KJV):
1 The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.
2 The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.
3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.
4 The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

Genesis 18:25 (KJV):
That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

Deuteronomy 32:4 (KJV):
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

Jeremiah 9:24 (KJV):
But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

PARTICULARLY AS THE DEFENDER OF ALL THE OPPRESSED OF THE EARTH:

Psalm 76:9 (KJV):
When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.

Psalm 103:6 (KJV):
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

Jeremiah 49:11 (KJV):
Leave thy fatherless children, I will preserve them alive; and let thy widows trust in me.

His JUSTICE thus is UNIVERSAL:

Psalms 9:7-9 (KJV):
7 But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.
8 And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.
9 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

And applies to each covenant or dispensation.

JESUS CHRIST AFFIRMED FOR OUR DAY THE OLD TESTAMENT DEMAND FOR JUSTICE:

Matthew 23:23 (KJV):
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cumin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

JUSTICE IS TO BE THE WORK OF THE NEW TESTAMENT SAINTS OF ALMIGHTY GOD:

James 1:27 (KJV):
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

GOD’S JUSTICE is not a distant Old Testament vague standard or memory. IT IS THE SOURCE OF ALL HUMAN JUSTICE:

Proverbs 29:26 (KJV):
Many seek the ruler’s favour; but every man’s judgment cometh from the Lord.

2 Chronicles 19:6,9 (KJV):
6 And said to the judges, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for the LORD, who is with you in the judgment.
9 And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of the LORD, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.

JUSTICE IS GRACE RECEIVED AND GRACE SHARED

2 Corinthians 9:8-10 (KJV):
8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
9 (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.
10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

In God’s word the most prominent human agent of JUSTICE is the ruler. The king receives God’s justice and is then the channel for it.

Psalm 72:1 (KJV):
Give the king thy judgments, O God, and thy righteousness unto the king’s son

(compare to)

Romans 13:1-2, 4 (KJV):
1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinace of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. B ut if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

THE CHURCH (EACH AND EVERY MEMBER) IS THE CHANNEL FOR GOD’S JUSTICE IN THIS HOUR.

There is NOT a distinction between a personal voluntary justice and a legal public one….the SAME CARING FOR THE HURTING, THE NEEDY IN SOCIETY IS DEMANDED OF THE CHURCH BY GOD HIMSELF.

Psalm 72:4 (KJV):
He shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor

"THE OPPRESSOR IS ALL WHO SEE THE NEED BUT DO NOT MEET THAT NEED - and if your seeing that need is evidenced by your praying for that person's need, then you HAVE SEEN THE NEED AND YOU ARE TO DO MORE THAN JUST PRAY - YOU ARE TO MEET THAT NEED" SAITH THE LORD

Ezekiel 34:4 (KJV):
The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost: but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.

DO YOU HEAR THE INDICTMENT OF THE WORD OF THE LORD, CHURCH?

Jeremiah 22:15-16 (KJV):
15 Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? Did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?
16 He judged the cause of the poor and the needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? Saith the Lord.

DO YOU WANT TO TRULY KNOW GOD? THEN TAKE CARE OF THOSE WHO ARE NEEDY AND TRULY YOU SHALL GAIN HIS HEART.

This - God’s true justice - was even required of PAGAN rulers:

Daniel 4:27 (KJV):
Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.

Proverbs 31:8-9 (KJV):
8 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause in all such as are appointed to destruction
9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy

JUSTICE IS THE THEME -

IT IS THE NUMBER ONE COMMAND/DEMAND ON ALL PEOPLE WHO BEAR THE NAME OF THE LORD GOD…FOR WITHOUT IT ALL OTHER DEMANDS AND PROVISIONS OF GOD ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO GOD - JUSTICE IS HIS NUMBER ONE REQUIREMENT …DO YOU HAVE EARS TO HEAR???

Amos 5:21-24 (KJV):
21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies
22 Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts
23 Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols
24 But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream

Micah 6:6-8 (KJV):
6 Wherefore shall I come before the LORD, and bow myself before the high God? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old?
7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Isaiah 1:11-17 (KJV):
11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?
13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.
15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

"LEARN TO DO WELL, SEEK JUDGMENT, RELIEVE THE OPPRESSED, JUDGE THE FATHERLESS, PLEAD FOR THE WIDOW..."

Matthew 5:23-24 (KJV):
23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there remembers that thy brother hath ought against thee:
24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

Isaiah 58:1-10 (KJV):
1 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.
2 Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.
3 Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.
4 Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.
5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?
6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy reward.
9 Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
10 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:

Matthew 19:16-21 (KJV):
16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

YET AGAIN THE LORD HAS COMMANDED ME TO PUBLISH FORTH THE FOLLOWING:

WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH GOD'S MONEY????

Again, He said THE POOR YOU WILL HAVE WITH YOU ALWAYS....WHY??? Yes because of the opportunity for you to be blessed in blessing them (see earlier text) but also BECAUSE of the greed in the hearts of man, most damnably in the hearts of His very own....He KNEW THE HUMAN HEART!

IS IT ANY SURPRISE THAT THE VERY FIRST RECORDED SIN OF THE NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH (AS REPORTED IN THE BOOK OF ACTS) WAS ABOUT MONEY (LYING ABOUT MONEY)?!?!

He admonishes me now to yet again say that this entire writing is that which the Lord gave unto me - the extensive word that was birthed from the prophetic dream in 2004 - THIS DAY HE ALLOWED ME TO RELEASE IT.

THIS IS THE HOUR - 2007 - for this word to be released...and to yet again speak forth on His behalf that the biggest wrinkle in the gown of His Bride is her STINKING GREED over what they deem to be "THEIR MONEY".

ALL THAT IS SPOKEN ABOVE IS NOT JUST TO STAND FOR 2007 BUT IS ORDAINED TO BE HIS WORD FROM THIS DAY FORTH UNTIL HIS GLORIOUS RETURN - NO MORE EXCUSES ABOUT HIS MONEY, NO MORE EXCUSES ABOUT IGNORING HIS FAITHFUL SERVANTS WHO NEED TO BE SUPPORTED FOR THE TRUE WORKS OF HIS HANDS, NO MORE EXCUSES FOR PRAYING FOR BUT NOT PHYSICALLY MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE NEEDY.

THUS SAITH THE LORD:

"MY FAITHFUL REMNANT (AND ALL WHO CLAIM TO BE MY OWN) NEED TO HEAR ME IN THIS HOUR AND PERMIT ME TO DIRECT ALL OF THEIR GIVING OF MY MONEY - ALL 100 PERCENT - TO THAT (THOSE) PLACE(S) WHERE I TELL YOU TO GIVE IT (AND NOT WHERE YOU THINK OR HOW YOU THINK OR WHAT YOU THINK OR WHEN YOU THINK)...FOR TRULY I SAY UNTO YOU...IF YOU DO NOT HEED MY WORDS IN THIS AREA OF MONEY AND GIVING YOU WILL LOSE ALL THAT YOU THINK IS YOURS - AND YOU SHALL NO LONGER BE BLESSED IN THE AREA OF FINANCES. VERILY I SAY UNTO YOU, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO NEGLECT ME AND MY PURPOSES IN THIS HOUR FOR I WILL JUDGE YOUR ABILITY TO STEWARD MY MONEY BY YOUR WILLINGNESS TO BE OBEDIENT TO MY PERFECT WILL. THOSE WHO ARE FAITHFUL SHALL RECEIVE...THOSE WHO REMAIN HARDENED IN THEIR HEARTS IN THIS HOUR SHALL LOSE EVEN THAT WHICH THEY (THOUGHT THEY) HAD."

Matthew 25:40 (KJV)
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Matthew 25:45 (KJV):
Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

As My Precious Lord Speaks
For these amazing last two years…
Thank You for sharing Your truths
Thank You for trusting me
So it is finally released for YOUR GLORY
SO IT SHALL BE DONE…
