The Man From West Grange
In a town far away from here
I tell of a person that I held dear
There lived a man who was well
Mature beyond his years I tell
He was well endowed and strong
His heavy stride wide and long
His hair and eyes were handsome, dark
Upon his mind there laid a mark
Of intelligence and wisdom near
That all the other men did fear
But for all this, he was gentle, kind
No sweeter a person could you find
He delighted to tell the world that I
Was his and he was mine
