A Bond of Security

Messers B. C. Winston & Co.

You will please charge to me and credit to David Shatto
(Holding the sum on your books) two hundred $200.00
dollars. The conditions are as follows. The money or credit
as stated above to be held until the November term of court of
Benton Co. Minn. If the said Arthur Wood makes his
appearance at said term and place and that the said David
Shatto is released from said bond (which has been given).
Then and in that case his obligation is to be null and void and
money or credit shall at once be transferred back to said
Arthur Wood. Otherwise to remain in full force of effect.
