Sunday, April 17, 1892 |
I went down to Tripps, stayed for dinner. Jennie and I came |
up to Oak Park to church then I went back home with her. I |
confused Myrtle, she thought that I would not go with any one |
else and she would do as she pleased, but I fooled her. |
Friday, April 22, 1892 |
Brown's moved to St. Cloud today. I guess this ends |
everything with Myrtle and me. Ah! Well! such is life. |
Sunday, May 08, 1892 |
I went down to Tripps, stayed a little while, then, went down to |
Martins, took dinner there. and stayed awhile. Then went |
over to Harts. this is the first time have been there for a year |
on a visit took supper there then came up to Tripps and |
stayed all night and Maud came up with me and we went over |
in the pasture to get some pine trees and cones and got wet. |
Wednesday, May 11, 1892 |
I commenced clerking for Conyer at Milaca for $20.00 per |
month. I hope that I may make a success of it. |

It has rained for 24 hours steady the worst rain known for |
years. |
Thursday, May 19, 1892 |
9 P.M. It is snowing very hard tonight and cold. terrible floods |
on the lower Mississippi. water highest known for years. |
