Notes:
This recipe easily doubles (or halves)
The amount of any ingrediant may vary - if you
like more (or less)
bacon, eggs, etc. it's OK.
You might like to try adding other ingrediants such as
diced green chiles, chopped olives and/or mushrooms
or
topping with sliced scallions.
The fire in the Pace that you use is up to you -
medium
adds more tang than mild does.
May be ( and has been sucessfully ) served for breakfast,
brunch or dinner.
Reheats in a microwave oven nicely.
