| 5th Annual Girlfriend's Supper Club Holiday Party December 4, 2004 |
| Hello & Happy New Year! December marked the 5th anniversary of the Girlfriend's Annual Holiday party. The party was held at the home of Kathrine Cash. Guests were asked to bring toiletry items to donate to McDuffie Adolecent Treatment Center (11901 Meadowpass, Houston, TX 77076). McDuffie's serves as a haven for teenage girls age 13 to 18 who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or because one or both their parents have been incarcerated. Definitely a worthy cause to support! Our very own Brishaun Sutton prepared the meal for this year's party. There were approximately eighteen ladies in attendance. We started the evening off with an icebreaker, followed by dinner, games/prizes, our annual gift exchange and a hilarious half hour of holiday karaoke! Everyone had a fabulous time and we hope next year's party is even more successful! Thanks to everyone that attended and a sincere thank you from the staff and residents at McDuffie's Adolescent Treatment Center for your generous donations. See you in December!
