| June 2004 Hello World, First of all can you believe I'm THREE months old?! Mommy says time flies when you're having fun! And it has been a lot of fun so far. The first few weeks me, Mommy and Daddy got to know each other very well. We stayed up ALL NIGHT long getting to know each other. But lately I've been sleeping 5 to 6 hours at night. (I need my beauty rest). Mommy stayed @ home with me for 8 weeks then she had to go back to work. I was okay but I think Mommy is going to need therapy. I had a doctor's appointment @ 2 months and they gave me THREE shots in my legs. I can't even count that high! The shots hurt but I know they were for my own good (I have a feeling I'm going to be hearing that a lot). I weighed 11 lbs 8 oz and was 22 1/2 inches long. Mommy and Daddy swear my weight has doubled since then. What can I say, I like to eat! I'm already smiling and trying to talk (there's a lot of talking and smiling at my house so I try to join in whenever I can). Some days I think I can sit up all by myself but I've learned that if Mommy or Daddy let me go I will fall on my back or side (don't worry it's always on something soft). I took my first professional pictures and wasn't a very happy camper. I hate my car seat and by the time we reached the store I didn't feel much like smiling. But as you can see the photographer didn't give up. Hope all of you are doing well and I promise to be in touch! Marcus Andre Momie |
