Isaac started his art designing work in 1982,
when published local newspaper in Tel-Aviv area (Holon, Bat-Yam, Jaffa).
First newspaper was called "Hol-Yam" that was changed to "Amerkaz".
These free local newspapers worked out from 1982 till 1989, based on ads.

From 1990 and on he started to publish

3.  1992  some experience in publishing russian newspaper
4.  1993 World of renovations, technology periodical magazine
