Hi! Welcome to my kitchen. I know it's hard when you work to still have to come home and cook. When I worked for the post office I worked 10 to 12 hours a day so I know it's hard. I'm lucky because my husband also likes to cook. I've listed some links below for places with recipes and other stuff that hopefully will make cooking less of a "chore" and more of a "joy". I hope you find something to make your life a little easier. Everybody can use a little more relaxation and a LOT less stress.
