Sunset, the end of the day.
Sunset, trying to see the last ray.
Watching the reds, oranges and greens.
Together our eyes watch the silent scenes.

Sunset, an end and a start.
Sunset, warms my heart.
Appreciating the purples, violets, and blues.
Together we watch the changing hues.

Sunset, the new and the old.
Sunset, the shy and the bold.
Creating colors of you and me and us.
Two sets of eyes watch the dusk.
