Very good, and sobering to how personal war really is. I like your symbolic one finger salute. Either way, I have no opinion as to whether or not this war is something to be involved in and am choosing not to discuss the rights or wrongs of it here, however we can all agree with the quote "War is Hell".

Jen, I read your poem, and, yes, it was dark, but so is the situation over there. Because I'm weak, I try to block it out as much as possible, but I know that God cries when He sees all the garbage happening.
