Dennis' birthday party - August 5, 2000

Shana on left helped kids dress in Grandpa's clothes - Brandon in one of Dennis' favorite shirts, Chantel in shorts (hers) and boots (Grandpa's), Brittany in dark socks and shoes with shorts (Grandpa's beach look) and Cheri in one of grandpa's hats and his boots (boys - back off) and Kenny is just Kenny.

 

The family (mostly) portrait. Some day the back lawn may stay green even in summer. From the left, Michael does his impression of Grandpa with a cane, Alex is always Alex, Ryan shows his idea of grandpa with the broken back, In the rear is Laurel with the bib overalls and hat (Dennis never wears overalls) Brandon in the purple is just Brandon, Brittany in the red shirt and Dennis' black hat with the whit lei, while Robby is set to go swimming. At the back again, Shana is next to Cheri (black hat), Chantel holds Cassie and Kenny (light saber) stands next to Jeremy. Back at the right is Jeannette doing her imitation of her dad - glasses and large figure - with Anita next to her and Thomas (Charlyn's fiance) is behind her. Missing are Ray, Jason, Van, Darrell, (cowards?) Dennis (somebody had to run the camera) and RoseMary (somebody had to cook).
