Myself

Since the journal's all about me, here are the basics: Born September 4 1971 in California, grew up there and graduated high school in 1989. Currently living somewhere in Mizery (Missouri, in the US), and waiting for my sweetheart to graduate so we can be together.

Jevim

My wonderful boyfriend, since July / October of 1996. (July '96 is when whe first realized we were falling for each other, but we never met face to face until the end of October, that year.) Born in March of 76, grew up in West Virginia, and finishing his BS in Compuer Engineering at Virginia Tech.

Mom

My biological maternal grandmother, and adopted mother since I was a year and a half old. Born in December '35 in Iowa, single mom for most of 22 years, and retired since '93. I've lived with her since I was born, but will soon be moving away, leaving the nest.

Julie

Biological mother; turned 17 a few weeks after I was born, and was estranged from us from the time I was a year or so old, until I was about 17. She has one son, my half brother, and lives in the state of Washington.

Connie

A twin, and my best friend in Missouri; she and I first got to know each other as pen pals, when Mom and I were getting ready to move across the country. We've spent many a weekend together, and had many a long night, talking girl-talk. It was thanks to Connie that I got to meet Jevim online the first time.

Delina, Michelle & Deanna

Three friends from my highschool days in California, we've kept in touch since then. They moved to MN to go to school at the university in the Twin Cities, and we keep in touch, and visit every so often.

Willa & Philippe

Delina & Michelle's mother and younger brother, who still live out in California.

Brian & Paul

Formerly a couple, they still share an apartment in MN. Brian was another of my friends from my high school days, who Delina & Michelle first introduced me to. Brian was once Michelle's boyfriend, and I had a crush on him for a number of years; at least until I learned I wasn't his type. *chuckle* *wink* He's the one who gave me the name Lisana

Todd

Kindergarten first love... a blue-eyed blonde little boy, who used to greet me at the car when Mom would drop me off in the mornings, and sleep beside me at naptime.

Jon

Close friend and sorta boyfriend when I was 13... another blue-eyed blonde, but he was about three years younger than I.

Aaron

My chief tormentor in gradeschool, who once exposed himself to me, trying to get me to reciprocate. Also known for coming up with clever taunts like "Igor" and "Hunchback of Notre Dame."

Josh

Half brother, 16 months younger than I, who I met for the first time this September ('98).

Will, Ruth, Chris & Emmy

Former friends of three years here in Westhaven, and their children; they stopped speaking to me because I wouldn't switch to the ISP they started working for. I had tried it and it just didn't work for me and my modem. Some friends, hmm?

Dad

Lives in Southern California, remarried in '90 or '91, and his new wife doesn't much like any of us kids and seems to try to keep him from us. I hear from him every couple years or so. Just got a card this Christmas ('98), so I know he's still around.

Westhaven

The fictitious name I use for the small town I live in, in central Missouri. The most exciting thing to do around here is go to Dairy Queen and take a trip out to the local Wal-Mart. I've lived here since December of '93, and I can't wait to get the heck OUT!
