Yellow Cupcakes

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup milk
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
Procedure:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line 36 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Beat all ingredients on low speed, scaping bowl constantly, 30 seconds.
Beat on high speed, scaping bowl frequently, 3 minutes.
(This is where I generally make a mess, so be careful!)
Fill each cup about 1/2 full.
Bake 20 minutes.
