Laoag City
---- is the capital of Ilocos Norte, home of the late President F. Marcos.
After the first morning flight out of Batanes, we took the day to tour the city
and its nearby towns to see the old churches and Malacaņang del Norte,
the former domain of Marcos and now a public museum.
