Sagada is a pleasant litle place in Mountain Province, Philippines, known for its caves and so-called hanging coffins. We had a day trekking to Mt Ampacao, discovering tricky short-cuts with the other guide (Tony!) then to Sumaging (Big Cave), jumping off to an underground pool (cold waters!) before heading for a burial cave. In the afternoon we scout the little stores for weave products and other souvenirs..
Funny, the pub had to close after nine pm. After that there wasn't much to do and some of my company doesn't want to accompany our guide to the hospital canteen to continue the night.
