Welcome to
Who is Misty?
Well that all depends on who you ask.
Ask my son and he might tell you a good mother who is
somewhat impatient and demanding in some areas.
His friend his confidant and his worst nightmare at times. A real royal pain.
But also someone’s he knows loves him no matter what.
Someone who will always be there for him.
Someone who believe he can do anything he sets
his heart and mind too. I think the nicest thing he has ever said about me is that I am a gentle soul.
Ask my boss and he might tell you a good employee,
a hard worker and a team player
who can make things happen. A leader and
pace setter with insight to the future.
Someone he can depend on why the going gets tough.
Also someone who speaks her mind regardless
if anyone wants to hear it or not . Someone who weighs
a situation and looks at all possible ramifications
before acting. Someone who has no trouble
making hard decisions and living with them.
He would also tell you I am a good person to have
at his back.
Diffently not a yes person.
Ask my 300 plus employees and get a totally different answer.
A very demanding boss who settles for nothing less than the best.
Always wanting more and better.
One who thinks good is never good enough.
One who has an open door policy for all 300, but many come in
only not to hear the answer they sought.
A boss who realizes family come first! Always.
A boss who will not tolerate discord in the work place.
Insisting on team work from everyone. Who expects
110 percent from everyone.
A boss who gives her employees authority and expects
them to use it is the area of customer satisfaction.
A boss who will normaly answer the question of
what should I do?
With another question. What do you think
you should do?
A mentor and teacher to those seeking to be productive and grow.
Fair and consistent in discipline when needed.
One who believes mistakes are tools to learn from
and not repeated.
Ask my aunt Mildred and she will tell you a stubborn lady
who does not know what it is to give up. A good cook and
a loving niece. Also the one person on earth who can
shake her cage the most and the hardest.
The one person she wants
around the most when she is sick. And I am sure she will
tell you I am the bossiest person in the world. lol
Ask my friends and get a varied assortment of answers.
Anything to fun to be around to moody, helpful, supportive
and I would hope caring and loving. Peg will tell
you I am the most romantic and sentemential
Person { fool } she knows.
I can be loyal to a fault. If you are my friend then
I give no less than 100% and would stand in fire with you. and even for you
I expect nothing in return.
I have learned long ago what you give is not necessarly
going to be returned it must be given freely.
Not everyone is capable of giving the same.
My 100% and your 100% may be vastly different.
It is what I think friendship is about. Being there
through good and bad, listening and trying to understand.
A shoulder to lean on an ear to listen, a heart to care.
You get my honest opinion even though it might not be
just what you want to hear, but ever given in love, never
meant to hurt and as gentle as possible.
Someone who accepts you just as you are
and ask for no more than your best.
Yes I do ask everyone for their best.
Asked the people I have had differences with and you will
hear a much different story I fear. Blunt
demanding and single minded,
not a good person to be on the opposing sides of.
Sarcastic, hard and even a street fighter if necessary.
A person who will gladly lose a battle to win the war.
Ask me and the answer is again different.
I am inside, insecure and unsure, something I have
learned to work at overcoming, yet it is still there.
I am always seeking answers to so many things.
I have been trained by life to expect the worst
yet for some unexplainable reason keep looking and
hoping for the best.
Thick I guess.
Ever changing as each day passes.
maybe it is best if I just tell you some of the things
I love, like and dislike. I quit hating things so long ago
it is like a cancer that eats from within, to hate.
It uses all of ones lifes energies.
Leaving nothing of worth behind.

A compliment,
Caring.

that guides us.
This message hangs on my bedroom wall in a frame bordered
with angles and flowers.
Author unknown.
What can I offer you?
I have no wealth.
What but my love and friendship?
These I offer in abundance,
for they are free, no cost to either you or me.
What more but love and friendship?
